No WiFi, no TVs, no microwaves, room was dirty, elevator didn’t work, never received towels that I was told I was receiving at check in and a LOT OF LOITERING
-
The manager on duty 07/25/26 was terrible. They escorted me to my room and asked if I want to check I said yes and settled in. Later I leave the property and come back and a girl in my room. The hotel checked her in my room. She told me the manger said she can have my stuff. The stay was terrible. But regardless of being a poor quality hotel, They should’ve had outstanding professionalism at least.

Very bad service, very bad staff, a dirty hotel, I went like a stable, even the bed, his bed is disgusting, it hurt me with depression, and I had authority, I would have passed it on the same day

Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. When I threw back the bed covers, it was nof clean. This is not worth $55. This was more of a low income residential hotel. I would recommend that Hotels.com remove from their list.

This whole property is out dated. The room I was given bathroom ceiling was literally caving in. Front lobby had not a lick of air. Concrete, hallways look like the parking lot and streets outside the hotel.

Everything was nasty never lived like this a day of my life got bugs and everything I would rather chop my hand off then stay there again. AC doesn’t work good. Look like an abandon hospital. I wouldn’t recommend going there!!!

Do not book a room at this location starting with parking lot was not good no lights there was drugs people hanging outside when you tired to go inside to check in when I got inside there was no one at the desk and I didn't feel comfortable with standing on the inside waiting any longer there was a lady in the lobby I asked her if she knew where the clerk was I had to go find another hotel coming in from St.Louis at 9pm to get some rest to get to Mississippi for a funeral

I think they were in the process of remodeling so it was kinda discombobulated.. had I known before booking online I wouldn't have chose to stay there. The staff was as helpful as they could be though I think once the remodeling is done it will definitely be a great place to stay..

Disappointing
-
This "hotel" us non-existent. Not the pictures it has on Motels.com. I took real pics. The building looks condemned and had suspicious people out front looking like it was a homeless people encampment.
