Great breakfast and nice indoor pool. Well lite and gated for safety.

It's a nice place, I only stayed one night while passing by.

It was a clean place. Loved the free breakfast and lobby area. Rooms were spacious but the pool was small. It was overall okay/good.

Wouldn't stay here again. Rooms are loud, you hear every person walking and every door closing in the hallway. And although not really the hotels problem, having to have a security fenced area to park in is a minus.

Staff was nice but not clean

I was traveling alone with my 3-year-old daughter, so I was a little nervous, but I honestly felt very safe the whole time. That peace of mind meant a lot. She absolutely loved the pool! I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay in Memphis!

Place was quiet and clean no bugs no trash how to use a code to get into the parking lot and to leave so I felt very safe. I plan on renting again.

Big sign when you walk in from the main lobby for the coffee out of order. Ice machine is broken. Breakfast is less than OK. Steph needs a better training and more professionalism.

Staff was pleasant at check-in and check-out. We had a short stay, left very early to catch a flight. Good location to the airport, parking seemed secured behind gate. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable but needed to be queen size instead of double.

I paid for breakfast for my mother (86 years old) and she wasn't informed nor did she no that it was paid for. She wasn't notified by your staff and she stayed for days. I didn't like that she stayed and you all had a restaurant and she didn't eat despite having paid for it.

B4 you can get a room key, you MUST give a $100 deposit! Lovely hotel in terrible location where all buildings have tall fences & like a high crime area; Awful breakfast! the AC in our room was 66 degrees when we arrived & could never get it to a comfortable temp even street turning it off all night.. Reported it and they did nothing. No blanket in room & I was very cold. Called to ask for one but only 1 person there couldn’t deliver it. She called abt 1 hr later & brought one (late, we were in bed). Would not recommend this place.

This hotel is very nice it my to go hotel away from home .I get the King Suites and it’s very big and has two TVs in the room .I lay in the king bed and my son pulls out the layout couch and it’s had a small kitchen area …big bathroom and the breakfast was very good sausage eggs and hash brown cereal muffin oatmeal and coffee …The pool was nice wasn’t crowded …feel very safe the hotel is gated in …,

Our stay was WONDERFUL the hotel was clean and smelled good breakfast was on point everyday they had so much to choose from the front desk staff was so nice the day we were check out the lady at the desk came to play with my youngest while we fixed breakfast to go

This hotel has no bus parking and charges $100 that still has not been returned to me.

The room was clean with one remote for two televisions. The cleaning staff use the same elevator as the guests. That was terrible because they loaded the elevator and the guests had to wait for the next. Which by the way was super super slow between only 3 floors. SMH It was an ok stay, I wouldn't choose this hotel again though.

When they say breakfast they MEAN breakfast they did not forget a thing. The wings if you order room service leaves something to be desired but EVERYTHING is TOP of THE LINE
