I have stayed here several times and have absolutely no issues. It is gated for extra peace of mind. Hotel staff very helpful and nice. Located fairly close to several good restaurants.

This hotel was only slightly out of the way from the nearly interstate. I was surprised that the entire parking lot was gated and required a passcode for entry and exit. While the lobby was clean and staff efficient, and breakfast area was clean and well stocked for all its guests, my problem was the layout of the room. I don't know who designed this room but upon entry the room was divided into basically three parts: a very large space with furniture placed on the perimeter, the bed was in a more claustrophobic smaller space with the bathroom in the center. I was just weirded out by the layout.

My family had a great time at the hotel. We had all we needed for our stay. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and the amenities were easy to access.

My wife has a very bruised knee and shin.

It was so close to our venue, Hernando’s Hideaway. The property was clean. We felt safe. The staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was great. Parking was convenient and very secure.

Clean room and the shops nearby
-
Room are clean staff was friendly. The breakfast was not of the quality that I’ve had at other La Quinta hotels.
-
The room was clean and nice. The pool was also good, but the fans didn't work, so there was no air movement or ventilation; it was very stuffy.
-
Good breakfast, clean room, safe area, gated parking lot. No complaints.

We booked a room with two beds and a pull out couch. When we arrived we were told that they didn’t have any rooms with a pull out bed and offered us a rollaway cot. We got into the room and called the front desk three times with no answer trying to make sure they were bringing up a cot. There was no one at the desk, so we went out to dinner and came back. Upon returning, they had not brought the cot and the front desk said that they didn’t have anymore. They only have two for the whole hotel. They wouldn’t give a refund and only offered us a second room for the night on a different floor that didn’t have a working bathroom. Ridiculous. The pool was SLIMEY. Only thing worth recommending is the free breakfast with fancy coffee machine.

Everything was okay, just average, nothing stood out as good or bad just blah. The pillows however were horrible. They were the smallest cheapest pillows I’ve ever seen or used in my life.

Hotel was under staffed and it showed. This is NOT a hotel for families. College kids or “hourly “. The halls stunk. The rooms stunk. The main lobby was the only best feature and it’s very obvious that no guest will get their $100 deposit back. Hilton cost less with 10x better quality! Water in the room made it to warm not hot. I killed a small bug on my sheet the following morning. Gross! Oh and don’t wear white socks, the bottoms turn black from the floors.

This hotel is very clean and organized. It would have been great to the have the ability to check in early. The check in process has a lot of paperwork that I child have done without. However our stay was great, loved the room, and the fitness room was good too. Thanks to the front desk for returning my drivers license from check in.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe it's important to share my experience. The front desk staff were consistently kind, professional, and apologetic. They treated me with respect throughout my stay, and I truly appreciate their customer service. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by finding a **roach in my bathroom** early Thursday morning. I immediately reported it and repeatedly asked to speak with the General Manager. Despite several attempts over two days, I was never able to meet with him in person. Instead, I was instructed by the front desk to submit my complaint by email. What disappointed me most wasn't just finding the roach—it was the response afterward. No one came to inspect the room when I first reported it, no immediate solution was offered, and because the hotel was fully booked, I couldn't move to another room. The General Manager handled the matter entirely through email, and much of the discussion focused on timelines and documentation rather than resolving the guest experience. As of this review, I am still awaiting a final resolution. I understand that an isolated pest issue can happen at any property. However, customer service is measured by how management responds when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I never felt that level of care or urgency. Thank you again to the front desk team for their professionalism. They were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing stay.

It was clean and comfortable.

When I arrived the room was beautiful. However there was a lot of what appeared to be hair from a dog or cat all over the couch. I am allergic to animals so this was really upsetting to me. Other than that everything was safe and fine. Gated hotel for safety, spacious room and nice area.

Upon arrival I was given a room that someone was already staying in. Pretty terrifying to walk in and there be another person in there

Warning, this property is privately owned. They have their own standards of operation and Wyndham let me know that. I had to strongly request linens for the sleeper sofa, towels and linen changes. The room wasn’t cleaned appropriately, the food was overcooked, a bottle of water was $7 (didn’t buy it) and employees had a dismissive attitude. Wyndham should ensure their standards are mirrored. I need to receive an incidental pay for my inconvenience. Never again
