Staff, breakfast, clean, late check in. Freezing cold showers, doesn't even get lukewarm. Weird credit card transaction policies with how they put holds and charge by day, but return arbitrary amounts, but then charges a new different hold.

I like the services and the price itself for the room. The room and the noise level is good at a comfort level for my wife and I. In addition, we also like the breakfast. Overall, its a great place just to stay in the area for the night.

Clean. I didn't like that they put us in a handicapped room as it did not have a bathtub. My wife enjoys baths. Also, it is very near Highway 99, which is very noisy

While my overall stay was very pleasant and the service was excellent, I noticed that the spacing around the beds may present accessibility and comfort challenges for many guests. The beds were positioned extremely close to both the walls and the air conditioning unit, making it difficult to move comfortably around the room or access the beds easily. In particular, the space between one bed and the AC unit was so limited that even passing through sideways was uncomfortable. Although I personally managed, I immediately thought about guests with larger body types, mobility limitations, injuries, or even families traveling with children, for whom this setup could be significantly more challenging. I share this feedback with genuine respect and consideration, as I believe small layout adjustments could greatly improve guest comfort and accessibility without compromising the room’s overall design. Aside from this observation, everything else during my stay was wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality and attention to guest experience.

Clean room and staff were helpful

Everything overall was good. The only minor thing is the blinds did not close 100% but there was a screen you could pull down to maintain privacy. Room was clean and everything else looked newly renovated compared to exterior.

Very clean, very easy check in and staff were friendly

Awful. AC unit was noisy and rattled like a box truck. The rooms are 75 yards from a freeway and railroad tracks. I slept in my truck half the night.

Easy check in after a long day of work! We just wanted to rest and they made the process easy and fast.

For the price it was excellent. It has more to offer than more pricier hotels......the breakfast was exceptionally tasty ? and great variety of breakfast options

Breakfast was pretty good and coffee was great.

Freezer worked good The beds are terribly uncomfortable, there was hair in the potatoes at breakfast, when I mentioned it to staff , she said- thats the unfortunate thing about eating buffet style. I mentioned to her maybe she could put out some fresh potatoes and she just walked away and didn't care if the other guest were eating the potatoes with hair in them, they don't sweep the floors everyday like they say they do, dirty rooms, it just wasn't worth the price and a disappointment, I've stayed there a few times before with friends and I thought going on my own this time would be better but this was the worst stay , I just can't go back, the beds are terrible! And honestly the breakfast is yucky ? and disappointing the food is so cheap not appealing at all, also the lighting is terribly, all I can say is good luck to anyone who stays at this certain B.Wrtn
