The floors of the room were dusty/dirty and I found myself regularly needed to rinse off my feet.

This one appears to be recently renovated. Everything is up to date, clean, and in good condition. It is right on Highway 99, so the noise outside is pretty serious. With the door closed it's quiet inside. I didn't see any dings or damage to the walls. The flooring is vinyl plank, which is always cleaner than cheap carpet. No breakfast, just a Keuring machine with two pods in the room.. There is staff on site, at least for check in. There was nobody there at departure, so it's just a matter of dropping the key card in the box. I understand that staffing the desk in the morning is a cost, but it also makes it hard to report maintenance issues. Like the one I had. The price I paid was amazingly low. I would have passed on this one as being too good to be true, except for many other reviews praising the property. It turned out to be the bargain of the year. I had one maintenance issue that I would regard as minor, but could become major if not promptly dealt with. The bathtub was slow to drain, so I was up to my ankles by the time my shower was over. Not a problem for me, but over then next few days it might become a real problem.

I slept like a baby - the room was very clean and clearly finished with care. Not a single stray paint overspray; it felt like it was painted by a perfectionist. Even some higher-end hotels can miss that detail. I’d absolutely recommend FairBridge Inn & Suites Merced for a quick overnight stay.

Room was clean and neat. Staff was nice and air conditioning was perfect. Even though it was a staycation it was so relaxing. And it was safe just like the attendant had stated.

No breakfast, bur hotel has all amenities needed to solo traveler.

I stayed 2 nights and just went to Yosemite. Hotel had everting that I need: microwave, shower, Kruger coffer machine.

It’s an older property but extremely clean and well maintained. As expected of an older property, my single king room was on the small side but was fine for my needs. The sink being about ten feet away from the bathroom door was odd, but not really a problem. These are observations, not complaints; I only mention them in case they would be a problem for other travelers. This motel is a great place to stay and it’s a bargain too; I’ve already booked another stay.
