The room was not cleaned. We slept on our blankets we brought from home. The bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned in years. There was a brown and pink ring around the tub and the bottom of the tub. The hallway smelled like urine and funk. If I wasn't so tired from driving cross country I wouldnt've stayed.

It was underconstruction, so it was understandable that cleanliness and upkeep was not high. Breakfast provided did cause some stomach issues.

Under renovation. Our first room wasn't made up and second was missing towels. However, desk staff was very helpful in getting things fixed.

Old motel. Hair in the bathtub.

D I dn t get a chance to use your facilities. I was told at the front desk that even though I requested a mobility assessible room (and it was on the website I used) I couldn't have one because you don't have any. Not that you didn't have any "available" but that you didn't have any! I believe that is illegal, isn't it? We left & went somewhere else. Won't be excited to use Baymont in the future!

My final bill appeared to be slightly more in dollars than your site told me it would be. The front desk also has to do the laundry.

Dirty, smelly, didn't feel safe

I got this reservation because the website said they were pet friendly. When I got there, I was informed they are NOT pet friendly. They wouldn’t refund me at all. That is false advertising and I have reached out to corporate.

Location Dirty and staff not properly trained

Nothing Dirty rooms, phones don't work, rooms smell like Marijuana, the front young man / staff was in poorly condition. Red eyes all around his face, sickly. He complained about getting us different room. Do not stay here. Worst hotel ever. The room was dirty, very old bathroom and gross tub. Such a mistake staying here.

The location was perfect for what we needed traveling cross-country. The room was extremely quiet being as close as it was to the freeway. Gas station across the street was helpful.
