The Baymont by Wyndham Meridian is located off Interstate 59, just 5 minutes’ drive from the city center. D I dn t get a chance to use your facilities. I was told at the front desk that even though I requested a mobility assessible room (and it was on the website I used) I couldn't have one because you don't have any. Not that you didn't have any "available" but that you didn't have any! I believe that is illegal, isn't it? We left & went somewhere else. Won't be excited to use Baymont in the future!

My final bill appeared to be slightly more in dollars than your site told me it would be. The front desk also has to do the laundry.

Dirty, smelly, didn't feel safe

I got this reservation because the website said they were pet friendly. When I got there, I was informed they are NOT pet friendly. They wouldn’t refund me at all. That is false advertising and I have reached out to corporate.

Worst hotel ever. The room was dirty, very old bathroom and gross tub. Such a mistake staying here.

The location was perfect for what we needed traveling cross-country. The room was extremely quiet being as close as it was to the freeway. Gas station across the street was helpful.

Price was ok, the desk clerk were nice and polite NOT impressed at all, the place is old and in serious need of improvements ! Toilet rocked, lavatory faucet loose, back up lock on the door was broken, in a rough area

The staff was most helpful and friendly! I left my overnight bag in the breakfast area when I checked out. A staff member called me and they very kindly copied pages of my calendar for me and then had my bag delivered. All interactions were polite, professional and above and beyond helpful! I was very happy with my stay and my interactions with staff.
