The bed was comfortable. I reported the tv didn't have no sound and they still didn't fix it in room 127 I told the 3 times and it never got fixed.

Its a clean hotel.

Its good just for a clean , cheap place to sleep. But, I've seen homeless people wandering about and people living there full time.we stayed inside on ground floor near front desk so, we felt safe.

The employee who checked us in was efficient and personable. I was checked in within two minutes and had my hotel key. What I did not like about the hotel was there seem to be a lot of unsavory characters hanging around and I did not feel safe in my room and so I stayed up fairly late worrying about what would happen if we got our room broke into

William the front desk clerk were so nice and helpful. The room was not clean, but when I called William, he sent someone to sweep the floor. Air condition is not cool enough and you cannot make an adjustment at all. Overall my stayed is good since it's pretty closed to where my event in Temple Theater.

Honestly, I didn’t like a single thing about it other than the price. Bad location, extremely dirty, and rude front desk receptionist.

The room service is terrible we stayed there over 4 nights and they never even changed our sheets or anything and said that we had a do not disturb up at the door and also no towels for daily bathing nasty bathtub

Trying to get my refund from this place has been absolutely impossible. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach someone, especially Andy, and have left countless messages with zero response. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. No communication, no accountability—just being ignored. I’ve never dealt with a business that shows this level of disregard for its customers. At this point, it feels like they have no intention of resolving the issue. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before staying here.

Plenty of parking, No issues with the AC

The toilet stayed stopped up. We had to continuously have to plunge it.

It was the only place we could find a place to stay because of events in town or we would not have stayed there. And on top of everything else, we were double charged and are still in a battle to get our money back on the second charge! It was terrible!
