The “hot” breakfast items were lukewarm at best by 7:00 am.

The air conditioner was not cooling. The staff immediately changed me to another room. Problem solved.

Hot water never got hit in the sink…shower was acceptable

All good for short 3 day stay. The staff are very helpful and will take care of any issues. Breakfast was less than normal. Rooms are fine. My toilet acted funny and made loud noises while it was finishing the refill but it worked. The location was full most nights but still able to park. My end of the hotel was quiet. The rooms are larger than the newer hotels and furniture is not old. The fact that furniture is updated makes a big differents. I would stay here again.

Awesome Staff and customer service! Accommodations and amenities to include breakfast were additions and made the stay quite pleasant.

The TV's We're great. The beds were wonderful. Staff was friendly. I give everything a 10 points.

Checking in was smooth, really nice woman working night shift. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking but we were tired enough to let it go. The breakfast was good.

No house keeping. I never stayed at a hotel that did not dump your trash daily, bring your towels daily and make up your bed. Phone says you can reach front desk but it’s always busy. Most of the time there is no one at the front desk. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. Would not recommend.

Room was big and clean and staff was great

The room smelled like mole. I looked up at board around the curtains it looked like it was mole. The base board around the curtains needs to be cleaned.

I asked about the popcorn machine. Clerk said they make popcorn every day but not today because they don't have oil. At breakfast I wanted some cereal. Cook said they do not have any milk. Unbelievable. The microwave in room was down on floor. Being 90 yrs old I couldn't bend down that low so I had to get on hands and knees to heat my drink.

ok stay for overnight but not the price....should've planned better and stayed elsewhere but it was late at night and needed to stop already

The staff was very courteous. The breakfast was well stocked.

Was not able to stay thanks to Expedia overbooking the hotel and not informing me before arriving.
