requested a 1:00 PM early arrival in advance, but received no confirmation. Upon arriving shortly after 1:00 PM to an under-occupied hotel, the receptionist demanded an extra fee for early check-in. While I understand hotels want to make money, early arrival is a basic courtesy—especially when rooms are empty. When I asked for a manager, management was nowhere to be found. After some back-and-forth, I was finally given the room without the fee. Frustrating start to the stay.

The staff was lovely and was always offering to help…the elevators make a horrible sound and need to be checked! Location is great if you need downtown accommodations. All and all a nice stay.

We had made a reservation, but when we arrived, they informed us that we were overbooked and refused to give us the room. They did not offer any apologies and simply suggested that we look for other hotels.

Location and comfy beds When arrived didn’t have room we had paid for; dispensers in shower didn’t work; no room service; no phone on rooftop bar; overall total disappointment

Check in was flawless and the room was small but clean. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable and the sheets were perfect! The hotel’s location was convenient to all the downtown restaurants and bars.

We had a great room and the staff was very helpful. I do not recommend their dining options. Wait staff was great, food not very good. They were out of multiple items and dishes came out with only part of the listed items they were supposed to have. Our waitress checked with the kitchen and they told her they were “out” of the other items.
