I loved how the location was right in the middle of our vacation. I loved how everything was right in the room that we needed. I loved everything about the room.

Il n’y a que barre tendre et muffins emballés pour Déjeuner , alors oublié ça ! Je suis déçu que Expedia offre cette Hôtel , on va au Merrimack Outlets à chaque année et c’est la première fois qu’on est aussi déçu .500$ pour 2 nuits c’est du vol !!!

The staff during the night was accommodating, we came late for check-in. The room was in unacceptable condition upon arrival. There were visible bloodstains on both the bed linens and the floor, forcing us to ask the front desk for clean sheets and change the bed ourselves. Additionally, despite the hotel being advertised as smoke-free, the room smelled strongly of lingering cigarette smoke. We showed photos of the soiled bedding, floor, and stained ceiling to the day receptionist.

Staff was very nice. Very outdated, not one usb port in the room, needed paint and upkeep, shower didn’t have a curtain, took a very quick shower with being careful of water splash and still quite a mess to clean up afterwards, breakfast was what they called grab and go, when we left at 7am two granola bars were only thing available besides packs of oatmeal, no one overseeing this area.

Friendly staff Ther was stains on wall between kitchen and desk. Stair case was filled with dust and spiders. That being said I am a housekeeper myself so I might notice things other people don’t.

Spacious room, smart design for longer term rental. Chairs and couches were torn up, vinyl faux leather shedding.

Zero food provided for the “breakfast”. Three nights and on the day we checked out they received the boxes of food for their “grab and go” breakfast. When it says breakfast provided…that isn’t what I believe is right. Property run down, no hairdryer, proved one key for 3 adults. Just poor.
