Hotel is in a great location ; food , gas and many stores just walking distance Safe Room are very spacious and comfortable and very convenient with a kitchen

The breakfast was only coffee, muffins and bars. Not good. The smell of cigarettes was awful.

Check in was quick and they are pet friendly. Right off the highway.

Zero food provided for the “breakfast”. Three nights and on the day we checked out they received the boxes of food for their “grab and go” breakfast. When it says breakfast provided…that isn’t what I believe is right. Property run down, no hairdryer, proved one key for 3 adults. Just poor.

I don't like bringing cockroaches into my vehicle. I had to throw away my back pack. I don't like waking up with someone else hair all over me, under the beds are disgusting. This should not be offered on booking until they clean up, I'm a clean person and I HATE BUGS!

The Freezer in the room didn't not freeze anything. I put in an ice cube tray on the day I arrived, and it never froze. The bed was hard as a rock and I woke up with back pain every day.

The location. The room is OLD and dirty. Ripped wallpaper, dirty furniture, dirty walls. The room did not smell fresh or clean. There was no ice machine -- but you could "make your own ice" using the trays in the freezer. Well, not immediately upon arrival. Ice takes time to freeze. I had ice in time for the morning coffee... Lots of stoned and/or homeless people seemed to be living at this location. It was a bit unnerving.

As soon as I walked in the door of my hotel room I could see it was not that clean. In the bathroom there was a used rapper of a bar of soap on top of the shower which tells me the shower was not cleaned. One of the first things I saw when I walked in was a radial chair that had been scraped against the wall which I immediately documented as I did not want to get charged for something I did not do. The chair looks like it should have been in a dump and it scratched the wall all up making the decor look horrible. This was one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever been in my life and I have been 200s and hundreds of hotel rooms as I travel across the United States for work. The room was absolutely horrible the decor was horrible and it was not cleaned properly. I would never ever ever stay here again even if it was my last option as I would rather stay in my vehicle.

Location was great! Room was outdated and the hallway was extremely noisy a good part of the night. People bickering and an alarm that went off in the middle of the night!

It was a restful stay.

Clean room, friendly staff. WiFi was up and down all the time. Staff couldn’t do anything about it. Many pot smokers in the building as well. Smoking area outside the back door needs to be away from where nonsmoking people enter.
