The hallway smelled like cat pee, our room had a smell, tv didn't work, locked out room after concert, the ac unit was making noise when it was off (sounded like a mouse), staff showed up to help us in pjs

This place sucks. Nothing is available in the rooms already. They are not that accommodating. It was dirty. It's always the same one particular person at the front that always says no or we can't give . What kind of breakfast do they call this place having. I don't recommend staying here. Why is it 3.75 to wash and dry . That's a lot. The rooms stink. They so a half a** job

I dont know if Aiden is the manager..but he went above and beyond.There was an issue with the room.Boom, he immediately took care of it, without hesitation and got a new room. Aiden is a gem of an employee.

The room doesn’t get serviced or cleaned while you stay there. Also the refrigerator was broken and barely kept food cool. The room wasn’t well maintained and there were stains on the wall. Nice area, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The full kitchen was a very nice thing especially when traveling. Fridge, microwave, and stove were a blessing 2 fist size holes in the wall, tv didnt work and only stayed on a netflix screen saver, cops got called on a room.

I loved how the location was right in the middle of our vacation. I loved how everything was right in the room that we needed. I loved everything about the room.

Il n’y a que barre tendre et muffins emballés pour Déjeuner , alors oublié ça ! Je suis déçu que Expedia offre cette Hôtel , on va au Merrimack Outlets à chaque année et c’est la première fois qu’on est aussi déçu .500$ pour 2 nuits c’est du vol !!!

The staff during the night was accommodating, we came late for check-in. The room was in unacceptable condition upon arrival. There were visible bloodstains on both the bed linens and the floor, forcing us to ask the front desk for clean sheets and change the bed ourselves. Additionally, despite the hotel being advertised as smoke-free, the room smelled strongly of lingering cigarette smoke. We showed photos of the soiled bedding, floor, and stained ceiling to the day receptionist.
