Great hotel staff was nice and room was clean

Room and building was clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were excellent.

Amazing stay, amazing breakfast! Conveniently located!

The next morning we could hear the shower on in the room above us. We walk in to our bathroom to find a large water bubble on the ceiling. Maintenance came and popped it and placed a bucket under it. They said it would be fixed when we got back. Upon or return they said it was fixed and to put the bucket in the hall. The next morning we could hear the shower again and walked into very wet bathroom as the ceiling was leaking from the room above. Our wall by the beds was stained and the ceiling finishes were cracking and peeling throughout the room. Keys to the room would demagnetize if you got them anywhere near your phone, so ourselves and others had to constantly get their keys redone. The whole hotel had a musty smell to it. And you could hear anything that was happening in the room above. And I mean everything. They said that they were about to do a remodel of the whole hotel. Still not an excuse for keeping up on the maintenance. Avoid at all cost.

Parking lot is so much congested. I don’t find the parking space almost every night. Breakfast was so poor. They never cleaned my room l requested but they didn’t clean.

The Gym was under renovation. The pancake machine was out of order. The place needs a makeover, very dated.

Loved everything, except the fitness center was closed for updating. That happens though. Just bad luck

This was my fourth time staying at this place, and while I still enjoyed myself I was a bit disappointed when we checked the bed & found dried blood on the white blankets, & one of the pillow cases. Due to that we got a room change. Our second room had very clean bedding but carpet floor outside the bathroom was SOAKED! it reminded very wet until the next afternoon for check out. Our Ac unit only blew out hot air under the cooling setting & we tried everything to get it to work. Sweat our butts off all night. Lastly the bed was extremely uncomfortable & my entire back was sore & stiff the whole next day. The only thing I enjoyed was the pool this time around. Not too sure if i’ll be coming back.

We were 5 in a room but there was nothing for the pull out couch in the room. We had to go get everything. Only 3 towels were provided. Even after asking for extra towels the next day we still didn’t receive them. The beds were changed and made, but the pullout hadn’t even been touched. It did the job, but no one went out of their way to help us, actually they didn’t provide the necessary things unless we asked for them. A little disappointing as a stay.

Good vakue for the price. Entrance to the facility was confusing the first time.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and very tasty!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Very happy with our suite and it was fresh and clean. Many updates in the hotel. It was very nice to have fresh cookies along with coffee, tea, hot apple cider or cocoa available at anytime you would like. The breakfast included was exceptional such a wide variety of options and supply was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this hotel very happy.
