I understand you get what you pay for but the staff is very rude. Especially the lady, no customer skills whatsoever. Rude all the time, for no reason. You could be the nicest person ever and she still treat you like crap. She yells and screams at you while you remain calm. Shes crazy and takes get problems out on you and you barely know her. Shes odds. Makes the stay very much worse. I don't know what they have maid. Counters are never wiped down and dusty in the rooms all the time.

I love this spot for a reconnection to my roots. My family and I used to live here before some unfortunate events transpired and I was illegally taken from my family. Some of the places in this area seem to be exactly the same and that’s impressive since I’m referring to over 35 to 40 years ago. This area had a really big problem with Johnny come latelys and they lied and stole from a lot of people/ businesses- some still here. Getting to pick up the broken pieces of my stolen life and know something positive survived in this Inn is beautiful to me. I work w/ investigators and legal teams that are fighting to keep our hard work from being gleened from people’s water bowls and illegally separated- we actually recovered the bean for the water fountain here the Jewish community was playing with for the holidays & fighting over. I like the room I got because it has what I need to get me through a basic work day or work night and the connects for my grandpas presidential seat were enough to keep America in britches and our monies stateside. It’s not too far from the river and shopping centers which have just about everything- even the dollar store. There’s an interesting mix of people who work and/or stay here that made me want to stay longer. The pool was cool and even though this one lady tried to sabotage the pool and garden- it was the perfect pair to my stay. Also everyday they are working to maintain and upgrade. The changes are quaint and definitely worth reserving a room.

Room was dirty with , stains on pillow cases and sheets. Bath tub was stained very badly and rusting and peeling along with hair everywhere in the tub.fridge was dirty inside of it had orange soda spilled all inside . Very bad rooms but good front desk workers

Hello, We had an unpleasant, shortened stay at your location that forced our Son to checkout and stay at a different Hotel. Our Son found his room in absolute disarray. It looked like no one checked the room before assigning it. There were stains all over the bed, drywall screws on the floor, a broom and dust pan leaning on the wall with a pile dirt next to it. The bathtub was extremely dirty, as if someone was using it to rinse off their tools. There were live cockroaches crawling on the floor. We took a video if you would like to see it and if we need it in the future. We will expect a full refund and will wait for your confirmation before moving forward with complaints to the Better Business Bureau and Department of Health and Safety, as that is my profession. Please respond promptly. Thank You.

Dirty room broken glass on the floor broken toilet handle hot water only worked in the sink if u turned the valve on under the sink because the sink wouldn't turn it off dirt in the bathtub. What amenities ice machine was broken and had been for a very long time same with laundry in room microwave was broken coffee pot was broken door latch was broken smoked detector was missing hairdryer missing iron missing when I talked to the desk it was just one excuse after another well guest keep braking things and maintenance isn't there everyday we can't just keep fixing things. Dirt stained walls holes in the blanket electrical Code violations absolutely the worse hotel I've ever see and I've stayed in hundreds. I don't expect much and go for cheap rooms but clean is always expected. I also expect the amenities advertised and promised nothing else. This is the 1st time in my life I reported someplace to the health department the hotel should be condemned they provide 1 towel to a room no matter how many r staying and no trash can in room but u r to put ur trash outside ur door daily. I didn't actually stay except the 1st night. Worst hotel experience ever

When arriving there the parking lot was dirty. The room itself was missing blankets, the bed had several layers of fitted sheets instead of a blanket. There was no soap in the bathroom! I don’t normally like to complain but when there wasn’t even blankets, it felt as if the people didn’t even try.

Great manager on site. She was very helpful

This property is absolutely terrible. Broken everything, dirty sheets, floors, sink, walls, tub! If I could give it 0 stars I would! Do not recommend at all, ever!
