The worst place to stay at never again

Our room was filthy, run down, and the A/C was basically decorative. It was 92°F when we checked in and still in the mid-80s by checkout. We asked for another room, but the only available one somehow looked even worse: broken blinds with screws sticking out, no privacy, dirty beds, food all over the floor, exposed ceiling wiring, a torn couch, and 2 cockroaches (1 in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchenette). Since they were "fully booked," we had no choice but to stay. I had to sweep the floor myself, our sheets were dirty, and the TV mount was hanging on for dear life until my husband fixed it after it nearly fell on our 5-year-old son. The TV didn't even work anyway. The refrigerator and the inside of the microwave were honestly the nicest parts of the room. I've attached photos because they say more than I ever could. We don't expect luxury from a budget hotel, but we do expect a clean, safe room with working A/C—especially during an Arizona summer. Charging guests for a room that's over 90°F, then not providing a safe, habitable alternative or offering a refund, honestly feels like it should be illegal. No family should have to choose between staying in unsafe conditions or losing the money they paid. Save yourself the money, the sweat, and the disappointment—book lite

This Motel falls squarely into that space of you get what you pay for. The only good thing I can say about it is it was cheap. Otherwise it was dirty, it was basically an SRO for tweakers, the room was in bad repair, towels had stains on them, and there was one upholstered chair in the room which also had some Curious sustains on it, that I was not only unwilling to sit on but I wouldn't even rest a bag on that chair. The only good things I can say about this place is at the air conditioner work well enough to keep room cool and that a couple of the speakers I talked to on the way to my room we're very nice people.

This is a TERRIBLE place to stay. The room was filthy, you could tell it hadn't been properly cleaned for an extended period of time. Dirty walls, vents, light switches, broken A/C, gaps under the door that were INCHES wide. Roaches!! I'm usually not one to complain or cause a scene but I booked 2 nights 3 days and didn't even stay one night as I was woken up by roaches crawling on me. When I informed the front desk that I wanted a refund and to check out they refused. I DO NOT recommend staying here. This app should completely DROP THEM.

Best place to go in mesa

It was really a bad experience. This motel does not fall into any category. Bugs in the room, kitchen and bathroom, use same sink for dish wash and bathroom (awful). Definitely, I will not stay there if it’s even $10 bucks/night.
