Nice clean hotel room and I had forgotten something in the room after I checked out and they let me go back into the room and sure enough it was on the bed

Nothing to complain about or rave about. It was a fine stay. The a/c was cold.

The pool(s) were amazing! The gigantic pool and the truly hot hot tub, plus the "little" pool was nice too; truly an old school throwback with the outdoor Curve bar, and the big screen TV with ocean footage was spectacular!! The only suggestion I would like to make is to change out those superbright (and on the bluesh side) lights on the conference room building. Softer lighting would fit in with the warm lighting used everywhere else. All of the staff we interacted with were great! The room was cozy and comfortable; however, we didn't like the barn-style door on the bathroom. It was hard to open and close, and it didn't offer enough privacy.

We did a simple overnight here before flying out of Phoenix. Even taking into account that it was the off season, I would put this hotel at just fine. Things felt a little dingy and run down. The pool looked inviting but there was a sheen of sunscreen or something on the surface. The bartender was very nice but other staff we interacted with were subdued to sullen. I was looking for a hotel to round out our vacation before flying home, something with a bar and pool - this had both but I wouldn't stay here again.

Exceptional

I love the pools and how helpful the staff was. Was not impressed with the ice machines. Only one floor had ice on it and that was the second floor and I was on the third. The room is very clean. Very spacious thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Property was nice, staff were friendly, breakfast was good! Family loved the pool and fitness center. Definitely will be staying there again when we go back to Mesa.
