Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa

Despite having some renovations going on currently. We were still greeted with grade A service! Most definitely will stay again!

They are currently doing renovations and a lot of things we’re not available.

Was under construction, not aware the pool and hot tub were shut down. Found 2 cockroaches in our room. Told our room was remodeled but it was dinghy and the bed was awful, had to sleep on couch it was so bad. Won’t stay here again. Waste of money. Air conditioner also barely worked.

Hotel is under renovation. So no pool, workers every day from 8-5 and breakfast is very light continental. Our room was clean and renovated. Comfortable bed. Too bad they didn’t replace the noisy air conditioning.

No notice that the property was under construction and that the pool was not working

One of the reasons why we chose this hotel was because of the pool amenity but during our stay, it was closed without any notice either. It was especially inconvenient with how hot the weather was which made no sense to work on the pool nor let anyone know prior to that the pool would be shut down during the stay. It was especially inconvenient with how early construction began (0800 weekdays and 0900 weekends) which would’ve been nice to be notified of before we booked at this property.

It was a nice place and area They were doing allot of remodeling going on. I wish we were told about it before hand. We had drilling and pounding going on early in the morning right above our room

I stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms on the 4th floor and it was beautiful. Really nice! The pool was also nice, and the staff were friendly. This place will be excellent after the renovations are done. If you want to stay here now, just be aware that there is construction going on.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. Pool closed. Continental breakfast. I’m a returning guest and rested at this hotel despite the busyness of the much needed renovations. Great place to stay.

I think this hotel was gravely misrepresented. The website said NOTHING about construction. At least our room was clean.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as it usually is due to construction. Pool is wonderful and relaxing. Location is convenient

Did not have breakfast at this location. CONSTRUCTION NOISE. We were not made aware of the construction taking place. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a semi-truck's engine. Even when we turned it down, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

As an individual who has stayed at the property multiple times. Overall I like the property. This time it was just off. The bathtub in room 421 was for draining properly, water up to our ankles. It would have been nice to also know of the renovations going on. We missed the traditional breakfast bar.

Staff this time was nice and friendly. Limited things on the grounds. Room old smelling and stuffy
