Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa

They are remodeling but no inconvenience at all. In fact, I had one of the workers back my wheelchair out of the elevator for me.

Wonderful breakfast

We have stayed here a few times. Always clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Easy free parking & close to Walmart & restaurants.

The room was clean but with old paint chipped furniture and no balcony. The hotel was aware we had 5 people in the room and we only got 4 towels. No one ever came to take the 2 tiny trash cans in the room out or to give us fresh towels for a 3 day 2 night stay so that was disappointing. They are renovating the 4th floor so there's construction happening and one of the elevators was not working. Im surprised we were charged what we were considering the lower level rooms dont look that nice. One evening we went to get snacks and the woman helping us was obviously irritated waiting for my daughter to pick a candy bar but she was the only "rude" staff member we encountered. It wasn't terrible but it wasnt as nice as youd expect for a Hyatt hotel and I will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

Great price, clean, helpful/friendly staff

Amazing experience. Got in a little later in the evening and was able to have an excellent meal and drinks on site for a very reasonable price. Staff and service was great

Room was clean, continental breakfast was better than expected. The mattress in our room was terrible.

Overall a super nice stay !

This hotel is under renovations but they still managed to keep the public area clean and noise free. I love that they posted "vision boards" in the lobby so one can imagine what it will look like after reno is complete. The employees were so helpful from the front desk to the bar they were all wonderful. Shout out to Melissa and the other sweet girl working the desk on 7/28/26; both were awesome. Thanks for a wonderful stay; can't wait to come back and see the finished renovations.

Room was very nice but the construction was loud early in the morning. They also tripped the fire alarm at 7am. The air conditioning in our room would shut off for hours before it would kick back on.

We have a better experience than previous visits. Receptionist said hotel is going through the renovation process now and when it done this hotel should be much better. I hope so. Breakfast is quite good. We should be back in September.

Clean rooms. Good swimming pool.

Large rooms, clean hotel , quiet , laundry room room washer had a mildew smell but everything else was great. Property is under construction however stay was still good
