This property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I personally prefer a room with a tub and shower and it only had a shower. I thought I had reserved a tub and shower room but was still put in a room without a tub. Parking is good at this time of year but if they are busy you could need to pay for parking, especially during spring training.

The room, the facilities and the staff. Very nice and the staff was helpful.

Parking in the sun at $25 a day is a rip off for Phoenix. Breakfast was ok. The mattress was a little old and felt soft and slanted to the side so you felt like you were going to roll off the bed. The surrounding area was nice to walk.

Super convenient, clean and comfortable There was a weird drunk guy hanging around the lobby. I think he was staying there but he was really creepy and made for an uneasy experience.

We were so disappointed in this hotel! We’ve stayed here in the past and could always count on it being clean. Not this time! The shower floor was filthy, including hair. The carpet by the bed had frayed and coming apart. The air conditioning sounded like an airplane taking off every time it came on. They are now charging $25+ a night for parking, but could not guarantee a spot after payment because of an event being held next door. Overall a disappointing stay.
