It was clean, smelled great, and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The was no daily cleaning. Trash built up and ran out of toilet paper and clean towels.

Had an excellent time with the family. Extremely clean and comfortable hotel. Had an amazing rest. The Breakfast was TOP NOTCH! Loved it!! The optional games, and Basketball court PERFECT. Love it all. Staff was amazing too!! HIGHLY recommend!! Have nothing negative to say.

Nice stay, second time staying here for training trips. Would recommend close to Tempe Marketplace, lots of food options. Stay here when I have training downtown Phx. Good parking, gas grills to cook your own food, pool picnic area, friendly staff.

Bed was tough. Can feel the springs. The wall unit air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights. Carpet was worn. Front desk was very nice. But property needs a good tune up
