Staff was great, rooms were clean. Maintenance needs to up their games so many tiny things falling apart, just needs attention.

While this hotel seemed to be a little older, it was outstanding in the areas that really matter to me as a frequent traveler. The a/c worked really well, the blackout curtains actually blacked out the light, the bed was impeccably made and was one of the comfiest hotel beds I have ever slept on, it was amazing! The fridge had a freezer slot on top, which is so helpful for folks like me who bring their own food for dietary needs. The shower had some of the best water pressure I have ever experienced in a hotel, and while there was virtually no counter space, the towels were folded all fancy and the presentation of the room tells me that this hotel takes great pride in what they do. I didn't eat breakfast due to dietary needs, but they did have hot scrambled eggs and a waffle station! It was also really quiet, so after a long sweaty day of moving my kid into college, I had a cool comfy night's sleep and an incredible shower! I am looking to book here again for the next visit!

The only issue was the

very old hotel and VERY EXPENSIVE not wroth it for that price. Staff don't care anything, very rude. very expensive, smell really, very dirty, coffee machine didn't even work and staff didn't even care. horrible1 will never stay here again.

The breakfast was the bare minimum. My room had covered windows which made the room very dark and cave like. On the last day of the stay there was no coffee, only 2 slices of white bread and 2 left over muffins from the weekend. There were eggs and yogurt which were fine. Very small dining area. The price was good.

Location

Breakfast (included!) was a nice amenity. Perfect location for visiting ASU. We will definitely be back!

The stay was nice. Quite simple and easily accessible to our destination that weekend.

The pool was filthy, and despite being assured that it would be cleaned on Wednesday, it wasn’t. I accidentally spilled water on the bathroom floor, and the paper towel I used was blackened with dirt. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve never seen housekeeping personnel; it was just the guy at the front desk.
