Convenient location for what we needed. Staff was nice.

Feels like a dorm

We stayed a week and everything was excellent.

Clean room, great parking, awesome staff. Come here every year to visit my friend from Tempe and this the only hotel for the best price to get around this area. Small but nice pool outside and always take advantage of their included breakfast. Very fast check ins and check outs every time too just how I like it

TV channels lost connection & Staff didnot know how to connect back. therefore we had no tv channels to watch and only had 1 set of adult towel, hand towel and wash cloth available to use. Had a difficult time checking in and I didnot recv my $75 refundable security deposit back. Also had to pay 2x $75 = $150total and didnot get back one sec deposit like i was informed I will be @ check out

The service was minimal. TV stopped working at 9:30pm, it must have been the wi-fi. Tried calling front desk to report but “operator” call button did not work because I found out later the next morning, when the person at the front desk said that the kiosk takes over after 9pm. Unfortunately, the kiosk was also out of service. It left me with no solution. We paid for the amenities that don’t work and got terrible services. I would not recommend this hotel. Breakfast was not great and building needs lots of work too.

The staff and customer service was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating for the things that I needed.

Location was ok Breakfast was lacking value, no cream cheese for bagels,waffle maker inoperative,no bacon,sausage, stain on carpet,bathroom lacked vanity,

I was booked incorrectly for the wrong date.. Hotels.com system erroneously booked me for a week later than when I selected.. Both Hotels.com and the hotel refused to give my money back... Never book with either service.. They are so money hungry they will charge you even if the error has nothing to do with you... Both are totally money hungry... Period..

Location Breakfast

We were there for two days and no maid service the second day. Not a big deal, but we weren’t expecting that. Overall not bad. We just needed a place to stay at night, so it worked. They are refurbishing the hotel, our room looked nice.
