This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property as our experiences have been consistently excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and responsive when we needed extra towels and amenities. The fitness room was really nice, with multiple different machines and free weights and was very clean. Breakfast was well stocked and had many healthy options and finally, the bartender was super helpful and nice, spoke highly of the area and gave us great insights to share with our son who is making Tempe home again this year. Highly recommend!

This has to be one of my best hotel visits. Friendly and informational staff. The breakfast was great. Can't wait to plan my next stay.

I booked through a third-party website, which typically leads to the room and taxes being paid at the time of check-in. It looks like they voided my third-party reservation and initiated a new one under Hyatt so I could be subjected to their combined payment structure--which lumps room and taxes with the incidental fee. This means guests aren't charged until checkout. I didn't know this until I spoke with lead accountant Rodney Fowler and Assistant Manager Lesieli Toki; they came off as extremely indifferent. There were no readily available policy statements regarding the combination payment structure on the Hyatt website, on any of the third-party booking websites, nor at the Hyatt House-Tempe site itself. Had I been properly informed before I checked in, I would have sought an alternative arrangement. Hyatt House and its parent group Crestline Hotels and Resorts LLC must take corrective action: include this payment policy on all consumer websites; have a written version of this payment policy in plain sight at the front desk; and advise all front desk staff to verbalize the charge structure and alternative payment options at check-in.
