Hyatt House Tempe/Phoenix/University

The staff here is great! This is my daughters 4th year staying here for the 4th of July and she loved the rooftop pool!

The pool was way smaller than it looked in the pictures! It was very uncomfortable with only four people in it.

Excellent place to stay. Service was exceptional and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Loved it. The room was very spacious and clean.

I stayed 7 days and housekeeping only checked in once (on their own). I was told they would be by every other day but I had to request service 2 out of the 3 days they provided it.

Hayatt House had everything we needed including a kitchenette, swimming pool and a good variety for the imcluded breakfast. My husband and I found it to be comfortable and clean. We'd stay there again.

I will absolutely stay here again! Love the kitchenette and the way the rooms were set up. Gave more privacy than side by side beds. Elevator closed really hard on our luggage dolly and thankful it want our daughter which was strange bc the other elevators wouldn’t close for the longest time or upon swipe. Staff was extremely friendly and excellent course of information. I admired this place so home. Quiet, friendly and a home away from home. Again, I cannot reiterate this enough… I love this place so much I will stay again. So greatly close to walking to ASU for tours!

I stayed in one bedroom suite for 8 nights, and enjoyed this place. I will choose to stay this hotel again if I am in the area next time.

Everything was perfect!! Room was beautiful.

Great location and parking garage. TV in the room could’ve been bigger and updated. The remote batteries should’ve been replaced, we had issues selecting apps and movies to watch. That was irritating

Comfortable and spacious room. Loved the rooftop pool and bar area.breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices for light or hearty start to the day.

It's a great place to stay and the food in the bar was excellent.

I really liked this Hyatt. It's in a great location. From the roof pool you can watch the planes go over the little mountain right next to the property and it is pretty cool. The staff was definitely helpful and the parking garage and its lay out was easy and I could see my srt from the hotel window. Will stay again.

No hot tub lol. Wish the pool was warmer cause on top of the roof the breeze is chilling
