On Campus hotel with gym, pool, laundry facilities and included breakfast buffet. Parking is easy and this is a good place if attending ASU for events.

Showed up 3 hours earlier than my check in time and luckily there was a room available! No fuss, no pushback, they simply let me know it was just a few floors down from my original room. The breakfast OMG, it was amazing! If I ever go back to Arizona this is the main place I will go back to every time.

Super convenient location to ASU Room temp held steady at 78 F. Air conditioner kept breaking down but (to their credit) maintenance fixed fairly quickly. Breakfast was mid at best. Only fruit option was half green oranges.

Everything was nice, staff was friendly and helpful parking was easy. My room was clean and everything worked flawlessly.

The staff at check in was helpful but have issue with parking charge. I was told $16.00 hold will be placed on credit card and drop off when I return the parking pass. Nope, it didn’t happen and contacted hotel, they refused refund - deceptive practice to me. The room was clean but it smelled like someone was smoking and the A/C made a loud running noise after a couple of hours. I had to turn it off in the middle of the night, luckily it was not too hot. The on-site amenities are great but the charging practices leaves a sour taste.
