Nice place right in the middle of everything.

Still no response, was awake all night

One of our favorite properties. This is right across the street from the football stadium. Breakfast is good and rooftop bar is lovely

Cramped rooms. Right next to the light rail that runs from 5:30am- Midnight. Very noisy! No water available in the room free or for purchase (in August in AZ). A/C went out on my room, luckily they had a room available that I can move to, but was not convenient to do at midnight. Then we were evacuated at 2:30 in the morning for a fire alarm. Will not stay here again.

In every aspect the stay was great including breakfast

Being so close to the campus in the evening made it loud. The train runs late and starts earlier and the campus activities had college kids outside being loud. But nice place for a good price.

Overall it was very nice hotel. It seems like AC doesn’t work but during day it is motion sensored so not to waste energy. It cools down once you’ve been in room for bit. But the AC in our room rattled. And we were on low floor close to train which we heard during sleeping.

Always a great stay

The location was good. I was dropping my kid off to ASU, so the location on the edge of campus was convenient. 4 nights, never had housekeeping. I called down one night to report this, and they sent an evening staff member up with towels. But no apology, and still no housekeeping the next day! The rooms was located less than a 100ft from the light rail so it was constantly vibrating and noisy. And the breakfast actually made me laugh. How do you make pancakes that are like rubber. Literally, how do you do that? The coffee was watered down. I'll be traveling to campus a bunch now, so I'm unlikely to stay here again.

Very clean. Loved the environment. Helpful staff.

Great location on the ASU campus to move in our student. Rooms were modern and clean. Hotel breakfast was awesome. I could hear the light rail train at night, but overall it wasn’t too bad.
-
Staff was super nice. Excellent breakfast. Excellent room. Parking. $16.00 a day to use a public parking garage was undesirable.
-
Rooms were very clean, close to the campus stadium. Very centered on ASU campus.

Exceptional

The room was nice and so was the staff. We were in and out, so didn’t get to do much there. That being said, we have stayed there before and enjoyed our stay last time as well. Nothing

I loved the top view from where I was staying, it was a great stay
-
Amazing and clean and a quiet stay
-
Our ac was out the whole time we were there. Paid full price and unfortunately could not get a different room. The staff tried to fix it but was in able to unfortunately. I think it’s just bad luck honestly it was our first time ever staying here

The location was perfect. We were moving our son into Tooker House which was a walking distance away. We loved the roof as well, the views at sunset were amazing.
