Residence Inn Tempe Downtown/University

It was perfect for our stay with 3 boys to see a show in Tempe. Loved the pool, the location and the breakfast!

I loved the rooftop patio and recreation, but the pool was disappointing. Much smaller than it appeared in the advertising photos and only 3 feet deep

The hotel was beautiful. There was a great breakfast lay out. The parking garage was great. Best part it’s less than a 5 min walk from the stadium for graduations!

Great location, daily breakfast options were great. I love the coffee bar and the lemonade in the afternoons for the Arizona hot heat. The rooms were great and having a full kitchen was nice.

When staying at a hotel, the most important feature is whether it is clean. The Residence Marriott fit this requirement in all areas. The breakfast selection was extensive. The eggs tasted & looked like scrambled eggs. The area was clean. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was stocked well with towels. It was a great stay.

My family stayed one night so we could attend a local graduation. Had a great time. Food was good (they had a waffle bar), room was clean and the pool area was fun. If I’m ever in the area I’d come again.
