Location is great for visiting ASU and being walking distance to restaurants. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was good. Pool is not large, but has great views being on the roof. Definitely would recommend.

The reception received all my packages for my son’s Univ. move in. I was missing 3 packages and they promptly looked and found them.

Super clean, big rooms and convenient. Across the train station so super easy to go to the MLB stadium with all the fans.

This place was amazing. We came in for a quick visit. The hobby host helped us to check in quickly and explained the amenities like pool hours, breakfast in the morning and parking. We parked and got to our room and it was clean and smelled good. It was fully stocked with kitchen items and fridge was clean. We went to the pool at 9 pm and it was nice and clean. A little too much chlorine , but understandable for a hotel pool. The beds were so comfortable i slept all night. One minor thing the vent to the ac point directly at the bed so I had to adjust the temperature because cold air to the face isnt good. Otherwise 10/10. Will definitely stay again. Especially close to ASU Football Stadium. Hot coffee bar is a plus!

I have never encountered hotel desk clerks that was as helpful as ours were. The location is really good, the parking was good, the breakfast was excellent. Everything was very top shelf for a very reasonable price.

The hotel breakfast was great and the pool at the deck was beautiful. Rooms were very nice.

We had a corner room suite was great nice and clean. Kitchen was clean full of all the amenities. Breakfast downstairs is good. Staff was great very helpful. Very courteous. Highly recommend recommended.

Our stay was quiet and enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent and the atmosphere was peaceful.

Coffee iced or hot available to help yourself to most of the morning later replaced by iced water/ lemonade. Staff were accommodating and friendly checking us in early and storing our luggage on our last day. Convenient for many local restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast. Spacious room and kitchen if you are staying longer. The laundry room was a good bonus. Great value stay.
