Very good location for the price. Quiet even being walking distance from mill Ave. easy to find and get too which is a big bonus. Perfect for a little getaway.

This hotel is a little jewel in the middle of downtown Tempe! I really enjoyed my time here. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff very friendly. I travel to Tempe frequently and will definitely stay at this hotel from now on.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however the general cleanliness and state of the property is a little tun down. While our room itself was clean the hotel itself was not very presentable.

The key card didn’t work twice and then they finally put me in new room. The AC was pretty loud but over all it was a good stay.

After being charged for my room and incidental I was charged another 225 the next day woth no explanation of the charges

however starbucks inside was closed earlier the 2 days stayed there.and no water bottle to prepare coffee inside the room. very noisy people in the room next to mine, knocking the door and yelling to get the door open, chatting during the night until 8am the 2 nights.
