University Inn Tempe

Exceptional

I asked if I can extend withsamevrate as online reservation. They gave me higher rate. Then later they told me they would honor the online rate if I want to extend. In the morning I called and asked for that and they gave me higher rate. Their policy change based on who is working at the fron desk , disappointing

Really quick, clean and convenient place to stay with tons of food option and a cvs for groceries would stay again

A good place to stay. Cheap price. Staff is awesome. Going back to stay when I'm in the Valley next time. 👍👊

Great price, great location for what we wanted. Comfortable bed, clean room, good AC, easy parking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I always love staying at this hotel, it is clean, and very convenient

Great location to campus.

It was in close proximity to everything that I needed

Amazing staff great location for the reason I can Cant say anything bad

Renovated room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay, air conditioning was great and staff was friendly and helpful.

AC was not blowing cold air and the room was hot. You get what you pay for

Great views, great atmosphere, super close to Mill Ave.

This place is great..right in downtown Tempe..

Yea

Room never cooled off properly. Right next to Mill Ave so there was a ton of noise all night from the street that kept waking me up. Pillows were hard.

Close to ASU. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean. Great value for price. Noisy in the morning, not because of the hotel, but because it's location in the city

Air conditioning

Always a great place to stay.

They ended up charging me $45 even after I didn't agree to the $30 they gave me the receipt for upon check out. Scammers
