Renovated room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay, air conditioning was great and staff was friendly and helpful.

AC was not blowing cold air and the room was hot. You get what you pay for

Room never cooled off properly. Right next to Mill Ave so there was a ton of noise all night from the street that kept waking me up. Pillows were hard.

Close to ASU. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean. Great value for price. Noisy in the morning, not because of the hotel, but because it's location in the city

They ended up charging me $45 even after I didn't agree to the $30 they gave me the receipt for upon check out. Scammers

Location was very convenient for what I needed. Price was great for what was provided. Room was clean and attractive. I had requested a downstairs room but only an upstairs room had been prepared (air conditioner turned on). No microwave.

Great property, great staff, I’d come again. A/C pumps and they don’t sneak a parking charge on you like most other hotels.

I arrived a day early and if you just show up without a reservation, the air conditioning isn't turned on. It took 5 hours to get from the ~114 to 75 degrees in the room. Everything was hot to the touch. Wished it had a pool. June in Phoenix is rough.

If there is a toothbrush, it would be helpful.

It was clean, and the air conditioner worked well. There was hardly any water pressure for the hot water in the bathroom sink and very little for the cold water.
