The Westin Tempe

The staff were all nice and very helpful. Even with how busy it was over the 4th of July weekend, we had no issues or complaints. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.

This is a great hotel. Super clean, helpful staff and very convenient and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Five stars not enough. This was a particularly excellent stay. From check-in, to the room, the coffee shop, the gym, the rooftop pool and the staff, this was an amazing time. And a special shoutout to Austin who made this stay so memorable. He was accommodating, generous and very kind. We will certainly be back!

Sky bar and pool area are great

The room was beautiful and the views of the mountains during sunrise and sunset were spectacular. Wonderful staff all around. I especially appreciated how sweet the valet team were and helped get free parking around the hotel. Thoroughly impressed by how well they handled everything from the room, to the bar, to the staff. I will definitely be returning!

The drinks at the pool bar were lackluster and water down for 18-20$. There needs to be more shade at the pool. Overall a great staycation and will come back.

We had an incredible stay! The room was spacious and clean. The staff was so helpful. The onsite restaurant was delicious The drinks at the bar and in the restaurants were perfect.

Booked for a girls weekend. Amazing bed and a great view

We did have an issue with my room: there was no cold water, so the shower was dangerously hot and unusable. The manager immediately moved us to another room for the night. While it was not comparable to the room I had originally paid for, the way the team handled everything the next day truly made a difference. The manager was empathetic, listened to the issue, refunded my night’s stay, moved us into a room comparable to the one we originally booked, and even comped breakfast for the inconvenience. It was a completely different outcome than I expected, especially after having a very poor experience at another Marriott property on a previous trip where my concerns were ignored. This hotel did the right thing and genuinely took care of us. I am very grateful for the professionalism and customer service. In fact, I immediately booked another stay for September because I do not want to take chances staying elsewhere when we had such a positive experience here. Highly recommend.

Amazing room, so clean and comfortable

This hotel is really nice, when it comes to hospitality and just making you feel like you’re at home. This is also along a strip full of restaurants and things to do which made it easier to find things to do everyday.
