Great staff and great stay

I really enjoyed staying at the Canopy! The valet staff were very helpful when helping me with cheaper parking options near Mill ave, which was a great start to my visit. I had a great time checking in at the front desk. The staff were helpful with signing me up for a Hilton rewards account. The pool was very enjoyable- although only 3-4 ft deep so it is more for relaxing and dipping in, rather than swimming any true laps. The rooftop bar was very lively- especially for a Sunday night. From what I observed there was a long of young individuals hanging out and dancing. However, I stayed on the 8th floor, while the rooftop is on floor 14. I could hear the music loud and pounding from my spot on the 8th floor. If you have an early morning and enjoy going to bed before 10pm, I would recommend staying on one of the lower floors to hopefully not hear the music. The hotel did smell incredibly good and has a fresh, jungle-ish smell! The room was very clean and modern and I had fun getting ready for the day at the large bathroom countertop- the mirror even has those great white lights behind it so you can see your makeup really well. Overall, I had a great stay and I would come back! Superb location

I loved the rooftop pool. Staff was great great tentative to your needs. Room was really cute. Great view. I didn’t like the fact that they had this disco party that was extremely loud on the 14th floor couldn’t use the restaurants extremely loud and made things kind of uncomfortable for the evening

All staff were very welcoming and warm . Even being a brown skin girly I was welcomed and didn't feel like an OutKast and that means the world to me ! Thank you !!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to restaurants and bars with live music. 15-20 min from Chase field. Worth the stay if you’re in the area.

It's a very nice and well equipped hotel. Everything you need is in the hotel available. Breakfast and restaurant are very good. Also the location is great. The rooms are a bit noisy due to poor window isolation for the loud cars at night. But they provide ear plugs.
