AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown

We enjoyed our stay

The biggest issue was that the air conditioning in our room did not work properly. Despite setting the thermostat to 72°F, the room remained warm throughout the entire night, making it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. To make matters worse, my girlfriend discovered stains on the bed, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. Finding stained bedding is unacceptable at any hotel, especially one carrying the Marriott name. Overall, the combination of the uncomfortable room temperature and the condition of the bedding made our stay frustrating and disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously by ensuring guest rooms are thoroughly inspected, properly cleaned, and that maintenance issues like malfunctioning air conditioning are resolved before guests check in. I chose Marriott because I expected a higher standard of quality and service, but unfortunately this stay did not meet those expectations.

Great place

It seems the A/C was set to not drop below 73-75 during the day. I did set it to 69 degrees during the day, but it wouldn't go below 73 for some reason. I think they might've had it pre-set. It would be nice to have my room just a tad colder. Oh, and the parking garage elevator didn't work as normal. While on the 2nd floor, the down button didn't work, only the up button worked.

AC was conveniently located to downtown and the river. Staff was very friendly and the room was cozy for our stay.

Comfortable beds, good view, great breakfast staff $20 to park in another building is ridiculous

Location, Breakfast buffet, Staff, and Room Cleanliness Bathroom doors are not well closing, not good ventilation.

Looks nice but rooms are not comfortable, linen is old and worn, mattress is subpar, high pitched constant sound from the AC unit, made the stay almost unbearable.

Clean facilities and rooms. Front desk help was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Loved everything about this hotel with no complaints! The rooms were amazing and very clean. The staff was so friendly, especially everyone at front desk. The location is also so perfect with so much to do near by. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Modern, beautiful, and new hotel with a comfortable, spacious, and clean

We had a great stay at the hotel with helpful staff all around. I did find it a bit challenging that towel replenishment came around 4-5:00 pm each day. Ideally, an early morning or noon timeframe would be ideal. We do appreciate your hospitality!

Breakfast was great when it was cooked to order. The breakfast bar wasn't bad at all. Never reserve food from the next day. Some breakfast items ( egg bites) were reheated.
