AC Hotel Phoenix Tempe/Downtown

Location and proximity to Tempe downtown, clean hotel and rooms and comfort. Parking ticket did not work and had to pay out of pocket although its supposed to be complimentary. Breakfast choices aren't good.

Very nice property area is very nice hotel was super clean and everyone was really nice and helpful. Definitely staying again next time we travel to Arizona.

Breakfast was tasty. Staff were extremely friendly. Very comfortable sleep. Will stay again. Often unavailable or swingy in price to re-book.

Could hear the plumbing/flushing of neighboring rooms. They charged for parking.

Great overall place to stay in Tempe. Appreciated the ice water machines on the floors to fill before heading out and returning from the day’s activities. Drinks were great at the bar as well

I was only there for one night, but the room was nice and clean, also comfortable. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Nights were quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. I especially loved the rain shower! Will likely stay here again, wish I had time to use the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott. What stood out to me most was the exceptional cleanliness. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the entire property was equally clean and inviting. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in caring for the hotel. I was very impressed and would gladly stay here again.

Housekeeping service not good ; foul smell coming from AC - told front desk abt it.

The pool is small and does not have a hot tub. The pool area had a nice sitting area with umbrellas and furniture, but the pool is on the 6th floor- that much closer to the sun- its too hot up there to enjoy sitting there. They should've opted for a slightly larger pool and less seating.

Lovely view of the river. Walking distance to a lot Paying for parking and no fireworks. Not your fault that one

Excellent hotel for the price I paid! Right next the river, walkable to downtown Tempe, great rooftop pool and pretty decent gym. The room was also good! Clean and the shower was luxurious. Only knock was $20 for a mid breakfast but everything else was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay. Great customer service from the staff. The property was very well maintained.

The hotel was centralized in an area where there are a lot of restaurants and stores. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was very enjoyable with a lot of areas to sit. The only thing I did not like was parking. My husband is disabled and parking in the structure next-door was too much walking for him. We also had issues using the elevator because it would work occasionally and he had to walk the stairs from the second floor. Other than that, it was great.
