Overall the environment was good and people were helpful. Only negative thing I have to say was the TV kept giving us issue on the last day/night.

Great hotel, great staff. Shy the bartender was amazing! Had a great time. Will stay again.

My room had no power to any of the outlets

Door lock didn’t work employees were there to fix it within minutes. But was woken up at about 5 AM to what sounded like a vacuum from the room being worked on across the hall. Kept me up for 30 minutes then went back to sleep and woke up AGAIN to pounding from the room being worked on across they way

They were accommodating went above and beyond to help make things happen

No hot water in my room, made you pay for outside parking, and the hallways were dirty.

When we checked into the hotel the rooms were dirty. My brothers room had a cockroach crawling the bed. I had worms in my bed. Everything was dirty. I don’t recommend staying there at all.

Cockroaches in the rooms, worms in the beds, and dirty bathrooms.

I really enjoy the uniqueness of the environment and staff are very welcoming.

They were so kind I was booking for another day and couldn’t get my bank card to work so they made my checkout till 3pm so I could get it handled without having a o actually check out to check back in. They were soooo amazing! All great things!!

It was clean Didn’t have a refrigerator. We have medication to keep cool.

The price point for one night was okay. The hallways and room had an old smell. Walking past taped up room doors felt uneasy, like something bad occurred in them.

Staff is helpful Parking all-around the hotel. Airport 14 minutes away Salt Lake River 35 minutes away Walking distance: -CVS Pharmacy (Next Door) -Donuts (Across the Street) -Starbucks (Next Door) -Tacos Halal -Crepes -Barbarshop

I should note that the staff was very friendly.

They didn’t offer the free drinks. We asked and said they were out of the mix and were waiting on a new concentrate from corporate even though there was a full bar right behind the guy checking us in. The phone in the room didn’t work. There’s nowhere to put your shower toiletries in the shower. The toilet paper roll was almost gone and no replacement in the room. There was plastic wrapping all over the hotel: on the floors, doors, elevator. It felt like we stepped into an episode of Dexter. Hallways and elevator smelled like old crayons and were hot. This was my 3rd time staying here. Never again.

Stay was a great experience overall for my family !
