Very nice rooms! Clean, modern design that invokes a more peaceful atmosphere. Multiple lighting options as well.

Too far from the job, and the air conditioner made a screeching start and then whistled. They also gave me a handicapped room.

Horrible Rooms wasn’t clean, front desk personnel is new and do not know what they are doing, elevator was broken and I was on the second floor, they argued to let a Diamond member stay till 1pm and treated a Gold Member with way much respect. I guess because he was the correct race. They charged my card for a certain amount and funds was taken off my card yet they claimed it wasn’t in there system. No hot breakfast the oven wasn’t working etc. Just way to many issues to have all at the same time.
