Towneplace Suites By Marriott Tempe

We just had a wonderful stay. The rooms were big, the pool was beautiful and the location was convenient to ASU. We just booked again for parent’s weekend.

We moved our son in at ASU and the location across from Tempe Marketplace was perfect. The One Bedroom King suite gave us lots of space to stash and organize all of his stuff before we took it to his apartment on move-in day. The breakfast was what you expect but it was good, with pretty good coffee. If you want more specialty, Better Buzz coffee is beside the parking lot. Rooms were very quiet. We could hear our neighbor's loud TV in the hallway but not in our room next door. The pool was nice with shaded areas, which is needed when it's 100+ outside. The bar area was nice to grab some snacks and a margarita for the pool for Mom and Dad chill time. Definitely would stay here again.

Check-in was easy. Staff was so friendly. Booked the reservation on the same day. Room was SO clean and tidy. GREAT kitchenette. There were two of us with some food allergies so having that kitchen with a bigger fridge and proper freezer was a God-send. VERY comfortable bed and shower was luxurious. It was well over 100 degrees and we used the pool after the sun went down. It was warm and the air was cool after exiting the pool. It was a perfect way to relax before sleep. We did not partake of the breakfast but it looked amazing. Though we did not use the fitness room, it looked well-equipped. Being Bonvoy members we were extended a late check-out. The property is very near the Phoenix airport and as we were floating on our backs in the pool we could see planes flying over approaching to land. Even so, indoors, the room was VERY quiet. Would totally stay here again!

Couldn’t be happier with a property, and customer service was amazing!!!!! Definitely Will be coming back!

Loud construction sounds till late after midnight. Flippant fellow at the front desk, seemed to resent guests. Weird. Save yourself the trouble. Lots of other nicer, less expensive, places to stay in the ares TBH.

The logistics at this hotel are poor

Absolutely wonderful hotel that I will visit again. Incredible clean, new and fresh. The pool area is also fantastic and was not busy at all. Good breakfast and conveniently located near Tempe marketplace.
