Comfy rooms, near malls, ASU and highways. Parking is great and staff were super friendly

The room was also very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfy. As someone with chronic pain, it was some of the best sleep I've had in a while. We needed a later check-out too, and they were like, "Totally! Let us know if anything changes!" 10/10 staff and hotel!

All was good except for the little ants that were crawling around in my bathroom. I am glad it wasn't a whole lot and they pretty much remained in my bathroom. I did notify the front desk and was offered a new room, but I decided to stay in my original room since I was settled in. I couldn't tell where they were coming in from.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tempe ASU Area! The entire hotel was always clean, from the outside and lobby to the hallways and our room. The bed was comfortable, and the staff always took care of anything we needed. The location is also super convenient. It's less than 15 minutes from the airport, there's a Sam's Club right behind the hotel, and plenty of food options nearby. We especially loved having an awesome breakfast spot just a 1-minute walk away. The biggest highlight of our stay, though, was the front desk staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, but Sarah deserves a special shoutout. She greeted us with a smile every day, asked how our day was, checked if we needed anything, and made us feel like we were talking to a friend instead of hotel staff. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests, and that kind of hospitality is hard to find. Hilton Garden Inn is so lucky to have someone like Sarah on their team. She made an already great stay even more memorable. We'd definitely stay here again! None

Sliding restroom door did not offer privacy

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn’t love was the breakfast, the food was good, the attendant was great. I just think charging $16.00 for what most hotels consider a continental breakfast is kind of wild. I only at there once because of that.

On several occations, The card key would not open the security door to enter the hotel. This was the one near the pool/workout room. I had to enter through the front main entrance
