Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix/Tempe ASU Area

Location Air conditioner too loud. Thin walls, I can hear the guest next door, weird nose in the walls. The smell unpleasant in the room, smell like old wet towels

Hotel was great. Close to the airport, shopping and great restaurants. Staff was amazing, especially Sara and Marrisa. Will for sure come back.

Love the stay coz very convenient. The only 2 issues I had was, one the refrigerator was not plugged in . 2nd, the minute we walked in our room, it smells weeds. Everything else is great.

I liked the many available breakfast items and the quiet, convenient location. I liked the dinner menu and Lucas, the server. The bathroom door had a loose track so one could get locked in. It got fixed. The blinds control was stripped so they couldn’t be raised. That didn’t get fixed.

Comfy rooms, near malls, ASU and highways. Parking is great and staff were super friendly

The room was also very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfy. As someone with chronic pain, it was some of the best sleep I've had in a while. We needed a later check-out too, and they were like, "Totally! Let us know if anything changes!" 10/10 staff and hotel!

All was good except for the little ants that were crawling around in my bathroom. I am glad it wasn't a whole lot and they pretty much remained in my bathroom. I did notify the front desk and was offered a new room, but I decided to stay in my original room since I was settled in. I couldn't tell where they were coming in from.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tempe ASU Area! The entire hotel was always clean, from the outside and lobby to the hallways and our room. The bed was comfortable, and the staff always took care of anything we needed. The location is also super convenient. It's less than 15 minutes from the airport, there's a Sam's Club right behind the hotel, and plenty of food options nearby. We especially loved having an awesome breakfast spot just a 1-minute walk away. The biggest highlight of our stay, though, was the front desk staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, but Sarah deserves a special shoutout. She greeted us with a smile every day, asked how our day was, checked if we needed anything, and made us feel like we were talking to a friend instead of hotel staff. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests, and that kind of hospitality is hard to find. Hilton Garden Inn is so lucky to have someone like Sarah on their team. She made an already great stay even more memorable. We'd definitely stay here again! None
