Great stay! I would only change one thing! I’d love a 4-4:30 shuttle since we typically take a 6 am flight.

It was in a nice location and it was clean, besides my room. My room had a funky smell. I paid for 2 queens but it was 1 queen and a full. The shower had mold. The bathroom floor was dirty and the bathroom door would not stay open.

Got there around 4pm and checked in. Our room was 85 degrees and the AC was not on/working. I went down to the front desk 3 times to ask about the AC unit. The desk girl stated “to use the unit itself & not the wall unit”. I tried and there was not any buttons on the unit to make it work. I went back down to the front desk and was told “the maintenance guy just went to do an airport run. He will check it when he gets back”. Nobody ever came to our room to check the unit. We finally got the wall unit to start working at about 9pm but it would go off & on after 15 minutes only. The unit was off and on all night and finally at 1am the unit kicked in & maintained the temperature. It finally got down to 72 degrees in our room. NOT acceptable!
