Spark by Hilton Phoenix East Mesa

I made a reservation for this hotel. When I went to find my reservation, I could not find it. I never received any email notifications prior to the reservation. Consequently, I reserved another room at another hotel. I was charged for the room even though I did not stay there typically hotels will email you the day of arrival to say they are expecting you. I never received such an email or text.

Location to our event.

We were staying before our flight out the next from Mesa airport. The airport shuttle option and price was the deciding factoring on choosing this hotel. Unfortunately we ended up using private transportation to the airport due to the time of our flight and the number of people we had to get through the airport. Our flight was at 7am and the shuttle started at 6am. If it was only 1 or 2 of us, we would have used the shuttle and would have made it in plenty of time through check in and security. Other then maybe an earlier shuttle due to earlier flights available at the airport but that wasn't a make or break situation for us either.

My family and just liked the high ceilings and shower. If was tall people friendly. Our least favorite was our key card wasn't working due to a system upgrade.

Close to certain areas we needed to be Phone didn’t work, need more options for breakfast besides oatmeal n boiled eggs. Nice to have scrambled eggs, bread for toast, some type of sausage

Amenities were there. Unfortunately, I just didn’t use any of them. Our schedule was pretty busy and we were so exhausted to not enjoy the amenities.

The front desk girl was so sweet and friendly!

Staff was great, very friendly.

Breakfast was cold items. I was surprised not to see more options Hot breakfast

Breakfast was just cold food or heat up food, was dissatisfied. An extra television for the livingroom area would ve nice.

Hotel was dirty. Room was dirty. Over a solid 2. Price was a little high for a dirty hotel.

Everything was wonderful and very clean and very quiet I will definitely stay here again and again I was billed $177 dollars for my room when I had laid $122'on booking.com

The rooms are updated, very clean. The stay was enjoyable, the pool and hot tub were great. Very friendly staff.

Room could be cleaned better, shower! Some glue to fix the base boards.

The hotel was everything that is described, in fact, it was even nicer than the write up. The rooms were very clean, bathrooms, beds and floor were immaculate. I would definitely go back.

The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

It was late when we arrived and they had a snack assortment we ate for "dinner". The staff has helpful & the shuttle driver was accommodating.
