someone tried broke into my room using the window and all the front desk had to say when I called is "ok" then they hung up on me. then in the morning the manager said they will work on fixing everything by installing cameras, cameras should have been installed along time ago. The bed frame was broke no shower curtain stove was unplugged completely, stains on the curtains that looked like dried blood and handprints (that one wasn't my room but I did see it) stair way smelt like week old trash that got to hot. I didn't sleep at all between the break in and everyone being so loud outside. also the floor right next to the bed felt like it was going to give out. you could see it flexing when you step on it

Staff was nice and helpful. Room and property could use some attention and upgrade. Roaches were in the room.

The price is steep for the rooms.Because they do have roaches, they need to come down on the price.He would make a lot more money on this property.And the GM, she's awesome.She's been here for a long time.She's sweet.She's helpful, she's compassionate.She's a great person

The entire environment was disappointing. The room had not been cleaned, not just for the day but not in a while. Evidence of last guest in room was still there.

The computer were down had to wait 3 hours to check in. The place was infested with roaches.

We got to the hotel around 10:30pm. I had already made the reservation but the office was closed. I called a number on the door then they transferred me to someone else. I had to pick up a phone that was outside to get in touch with someone to get me access to the room but no one answered. I had already paid $70 and had to pay another $100 at another hotel that would take us in. Thankfully they had something available

killed three cockroaches during my stay. the room was ok but to have a cockroach crawl across my laptop in the middle of a tv show was very disrubing.

Comparatively all in all, this is one of the better hotels you can stay in especially for extended periods of time the staff is great everything you need is local grocery stores laundromats convenient very good place

We didn’t even get to stay at the property. They gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Didn’t have a different room to offer us. When asking for a refund they would only give us two nights (we booked for a week). Contact corporate and they said the motel already refunded what they could. Zero help. Manager cussed because we demanded a refund.

Staff was nice. Doing the best they could at a shit hotel Filthy. NO HOT WATER for 8 days. No WiFi. Live Cockroach in the fridge. It smelled of pot so bad on the first day that we had to go to Walmart to buy our own febreeze and Clorox wipes. Filthy
