The room had roaches

We got to the hotel around 10:30pm. I had already made the reservation but the office was closed. I called a number on the door then they transferred me to someone else. I had to pick up a phone that was outside to get in touch with someone to get me access to the room but no one answered. I had already paid $70 and had to pay another $100 at another hotel that would take us in. Thankfully they had something available

The only problem was that the property wasn’t well kept.

killed three cockroaches during my stay. the room was ok but to have a cockroach crawl across my laptop in the middle of a tv show was very disrubing.

Comparatively all in all, this is one of the better hotels you can stay in especially for extended periods of time the staff is great everything you need is local grocery stores laundromats convenient very good place

The location. The roaches, the smell of pee. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

We didn’t even get to stay at the property. They gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Didn’t have a different room to offer us. When asking for a refund they would only give us two nights (we booked for a week). Contact corporate and they said the motel already refunded what they could. Zero help. Manager cussed because we demanded a refund.

Staff was nice. Doing the best they could at a shit hotel Filthy. NO HOT WATER for 8 days. No WiFi. Live Cockroach in the fridge. It smelled of pot so bad on the first day that we had to go to Walmart to buy our own febreeze and Clorox wipes. Filthy

Worst hotel I've ever booked. I do NOT recommend. Didn't even stay no more that 15min. False advertisement, the rooms do not like anything like the pictures. I will use other platforms to expose what we walked into. Staff was not helpful. They claimed it was a remodel room/ updated room. If you saw the conditions of the room. You would've been speechless. When I say run. RUN!

Nothing Everything

They were not able to issue me a key to my room. The tenant at the front desk had to come unlock my door and my room had roaches one fell off the ceiling on me.

Nothing positive to note. Absolutely disgusting property. Entire room smelled like marijuana, loud music playing from outside the room, door keys were unavailable so you could not leave room, dead bugs on the floor, toothpaste on the counter, cabinets falling apart. Do not stay.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay, the staff is excellent the properties excellent the rooms are excellent clean everything is fantastic here.

I didn't like anything. When I booked the accommodation, it listed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and 24/7 internet connectivity. I booked it primarily for work purposes, but none of these amenities were available during my stay. When I raised this issue and asked about the missing amenities, the staff behaved rudely and arrogantly, which made the experience even more disappointing.

The only thing I liked was location placement Few things I didn’t like 1 the outside appearance need sprucing up and maintain 2 no WiFi till late Saturday I had work to do didn’t want use my hotspot . Tv still never worked after WiFi came back 3 NO HOT WATER THE ENTIRE STAY 4 housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning and making beds look more presentable We were so disappointed
