Check in was quick and simple. The front desk agent was efficient and helpful. Great stay over all breakfast options could've been slightly better the orange juice tasted rancid.

The breakfast was really good and fulfilling. The room was not freshly cleaned. There was hair in the sink and bathtub. The toilet tissue holder was broken and the room spelled like spoke.

The floors aren’t carpeted, which feels cleaner. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff did not provide kind service. When I requested early check-in, they wanted to charge $25 for it. I was not told what time breakfast was served and missed it by a few minutes with no offer to supply me with any food put away (6-9 am). I believe I could have found a better value for the same price.

Out of the 3 rooms I had, probably half of the lights in every room didn't work. I had 2 2 queen bedrooms, and in both only 1 light under the beds lit up, the kids were a little disappointed about that. In my room, I had a 1 queen bedroom, and maybe 1 or 2 lights worked in the whole room ( not including the bathroom). Also, we had opened the fridge in the room the kids were staying in, and there was beer left over from the previous guests.

I walked in, and the place was clean and open. I was kind of a mess, and I think the lady at the check-in could tell cause she gave me some time to get my things together before greeting me. It was quick and easy to check in, and they covered all of my requests that I had made weeks prior. I had 3 rooms, and all of them were clean, we used 2 of the 3 showers, and the water was great, bathrooms were clean. We ended up needing extra soap bars, but the lady was super helpful, and I was able to get them quickly. We even had a birthday banner that we couldn't get to stay up, and the lady at the counter let me use her tape dispenser. I really appreciated the whole night.
