It it’s very clean and comfortable. I love that there is a bar walking distance & tacos as well. The hotel also has a restaurant you can call & have your order get prepared so you don’t have to wait there. Staff was beyond amazing very helpful & friendly. Definitely going to stay there again. The tvs need to be upgraded and there’s no microwave or fridge.

The breakfast was great. The room was clean and located close to everything . I didn’t care for the parking. Very strange parking layout - ended up parking on the street. I was expecting a king size bed - that is what I thought I booked . My Spanish is limited and my translation headphones failed me to question if there was a room with a king size bed available.

Nothing I'm a frequent customer of this hotel and had my reservation confirmed for $1000 pesos. Upon arrival, they told me there was no room available. I wasted my time and they didn't give me a clear explanation or offer any solution. With this experience, they lost me as a customer. I've already found another hotel with better value and service, and from now on I'll be staying there. A very bad experience and a lack of professionalism regarding honoring confirmed reservations.

It’s clean. The area is very noisy, the is train running 3 times during the night and honking super loud. There was party Saturday night and the music was loud till 10:00 pm. Also the next day the noise of people started early morning.
