The location Need maintenance, the AC in my room did not work, the receptionist moved us to other room.

They rented my room to someone else. It a cheap place to sleep for the night but I’m never booking this place again. They didn’t respect my reservation by renting my room to someone else. Instead of returning my money (They told me to call Booking) they send me and family to a cheaper hotel about 1 mile away. I have family in the city and we’ve stayed here before, they burn trash near by and the beds are SUPER Hard. There’s never enough parking also.

Breakfast was good. The location was fabulous, but the Internet sucked that we couldn’t you use the Internet in our room. It only works sometimes. The room was very comfortable very clean. The only problem was the Internet.

The breakfast was great, the location not very good as there is nothing around there within walking distance where you can go and even eat a taco. The fact that there’s nothing around that you can go for a walk and eat, there’s not even any soap to take your shower. You have to buy your own soap from what I can see when I arrive there they want to keep my passport as a guarantee, even though I had rented on booking.com

Rooms are spacious, location is were i need to be for appointment's, street rooms near street can be very loud. staff front desk female greeted me with "what do you want" not very friendly, did not provide information on why they keep ID apparently guest steal the remotes for TV and AC so they keep your ID till you return remotes upon check out so you cant leave at around 3am without visiting office.

The price. I rated it low because the room was not clean, the floors were filthy, the towels were old and rough, there were stains on the bed cover, only one small window to open for air. The room did not match the rating I saw when I booked.

Staff and security are very good. The mattress was too hard for me. I wasn't able to lock my door from the inside. I had to leave my driver's license at the registration.

Nothing. Parking lot too close to park my small car, windows curtains weren’t dark enough to prevent the night lamp or the sun to shine on my face and no cable tv only 4 live channels.
