The green areas The staff, the pool area was with alot of full trash cans and nobody take it, they dont put enough stuff in the room and my shower wasnt clean that all, actually they didnt put a new toilet paper in my room so i have to go to the lobby to pick another one because they dnt have enough staff to bring it to me at the room

Location. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Hair dryer. Lighting too dim in room. No parking available in front of room. Need more covers on the beds. Only 1 thick sheet. We reserved a room for 3 and only 2 bath towels were in the bathroom.

Nice landscaping. It was a very noisy street, other occupants screening, and talking very loudly at 1-5 a.m. On the top of that the train. The shower top was plugged when we shower.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, the room's AC was working which is a plus in Mexicali.The pool was clean and had plenty of space. The only downside of the pool where some of the guests who were smoking and leaving their trash behind instead of cleaning after themselves. I would consider staying there again. The only thing it could be improved would be replacing the mattresses and pillows.

Lovation Long line to check in. Clerk checking in was attending to too many people at once. Even though there was a line people were rude to walk up to get their questions / need responded to. This rude people should stand in line like others. There was no more rooms available and many people standing in line were asking for availability . The front clerk could have put a sign stating no vacancy to reduce the waiting line.

The only good thing is that it's close. Im very desappointed. The roim was dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the sttaf was unfriendly.
