Beach Place Hotel

Good location that was just out of the Miami Beach night life mayhem. Clean room and excellent A/C that was not annoying or buzzy. The television was difficult to use and there was no regular cable option from what I could tell. Could have used more pillows too

100 bus stop across the road to the beach and free trolley bus stop. Bars and restaurants nearby by bus. Slight damp smell in the room.

Good location

Thank you for hosting us during our short stay. The two person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. we appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. Onsite parking was a plus and easy walk to the beach. We will be back. Thank to all the hardworking staffes for hosting us.

Staff were very informative. The noise

The room was nice and clean, especially the floor, which often gets neglected with the sand. The room was not very big, but we did not want big as it’s just my son and I. It was affordable, clean, cool with all the amenities we needed. We were five minute walk to the beach and that’s why we stayed there. The swimming pool was nice. It’s a little noisy being on a main road but if you wear earplugs and sleep pretty soundly, then it shouldn’t be an issue.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the pool was clean and worked perfectly. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the room had air conditioning, making our stay very comfortable. There's also a kitchenette in the room if you prefer to cook your own meals. One thing to note is that they place a temporary $150 USD hold on your card at check-in, but it was released without any issues after check-out, exactly as expected. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A most basic hotel experience. Adequately clean. Free on-site parking and location are a huge plus. Helpful office staff. Primitive but serviceable kitchen setup.

Every is good

Kitchenette was great! Microwave, mini but not too mini fridge, big sink with counter and 4 cup coffee maker. Stayed 6 nights and was just across the street from the beach. Staff was amazing and helpful! Clean pool and plenty of deck area to hang out and relax at the end of the day. It's a little dated/older but Clean. Overall great experience

This is an older motel but felt very safe and clean. Parking was not an issue and was onsite.

Have visited many many times over the last 20 years or so….its like staying with old friends. It’s close to the famous Haulover Beach, closer to the many shops and restaurants in Surfside, as well as close to the shops and restaurants on and just off Collins in the vicinity of 65th to 75th streets.
