VERY clean room and smelled good., comfortable beds and pillows, refrigerator, staff was friendly, they have beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for you to borrow for free, across the street from the beach, FREE parking which, after many hours of researching a hotel, I found out is a needle in a haystack in Miami! Really the only downside I would say is it’s a wonderful location as far as being across from the beach, but it’s in a more neighborhood location where you are not in walking distance to any restaurants or food or coffee shops — absolutely nothing. So if you want to wake up and walk somewhere to have breakfast and then go straight across the street to the beach, you don’t have that option. But no negatives about the hotel!

The room wasn't very clean. The A/C didn't work well enough to keep the room cool. There were ants, flying insects, and other bugs in the room. Most of the windows would not close all the way thus contributing to the lack of efficiency of the A/C.

Front side of property is against the street and can be noisy. NOTE: This hotel DOES charge a resort fee which Expedia fails to disclose on their hotel listing information. Until Expedia lists this, customers should receive a refund for these charges.

Love it, free parking, open 24 hrs , clean, 1 block from the beach, i highly recommend this hotel, also not expensive.

Lovely place, heated pool as well. Made to feel very welcome. Near the beach as well. Stayed as an alone female and not concerns at all. Will be returning next year
