Reviews

Every time we go to Miami we stay there. Really like it.
-
The guy at the front desk was very nice, friendly, and polite. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The pool is clean, and they even handed out popsicles to the kids. The rest of the front desk staff were less friendly and welcoming. At breakfast, some of the staff made us feel a little uncomfortable by closely watching what each guest was taking, and they closed the food stations earlier than the scheduled time.

Everything was great. Expensive parking though.
-
Rooms were clean and staff came by every day if wanted. If we had one gripe it was that breakfast was basic and hours should be extended to 10:30 every day as most people are on vacation here. Also, items didn’t get restocked quickly enough. Parking in the hotel is pricey at $41/daily, so book a rate that includes parking for discounted parking. We booked on Expedia to get a very reasonable rate.

Great location

There were feces in the pool. We let the front office know. It was early in the morning so clearly nobody cleaned it at night. They closed the pool se we couldn’t even get in.

Staff at Reception were very helpful and very polite.

I was charged for early check in. When ai was checking in nobody mentioned that I will be charged extra. This is not right. I could wait for the check in time if I knew about the charge.

I would love to be there better breakfast

The hotel was nice. My room was quiet inside even though I was at street level. The daily voucher was a nice perk, but getting food at the bar was pretty slow. Beach access and lots of restaurants were walking distance.
