Grand Beach Hotel Surfside

A beautiful brand-new hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean, fresh, and stylish. The location is fantastic — one of the best things about the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

Be prepared to get slapped with Amenities fees

Our room was supposed to be ready by 4 pm the latest but it was not ready until close to 5. The phone in our room wasn’t working so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. We had requested a crib when we initially booked our reservation and then we requested it again when we arrived at the hotel at noon, a few hours before check in. We reminded the staff again that we needed a crib and they said they will add it to the notes. Then when our room was finally ready at close to 5 pm they said they had given away the cribs to other rooms already and it was first come first serve.

I had an Ocean View room Amazing! , The staff was helpful. The ice machine on my floor was not working! , the restaurant closed early ! there’s a lot of places to eat outside of the hotel 😊

Everything was great. The staff was awesome, need to keep more umbrellas available if a guest might need one. Outside jacuzzi’s were not working

From check in to our room and facilities, everything was top tier, the place was clean, the staff were nice, the beach chairs and umbrellas were great at no additional cost! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very nice and quiet beach. The hotel is ok, but rooms need a refresh. The air conditioning at the room had a loud noise that bothered us at night. Besides that, we had a very good stay.

Room was spacious and very quite Occasionally it took a while for the hot water to come through the shower.

The parking was atrocious. There is not enough room to stop while getting into and exiting the hotel. Which doesn’t matter because Hotel ownership is not going to do anything about it. Also, the pricing to Park was way over the top.

Centrally located. Don’t need a car. Easy to go from beach to pool to restaurants and shopping and back. Very comfortable for price.
