Big shout out to michaelangel! Super nice , very efficient and took care of us like a real gentleman. Thats what did for me the whole experience! Ask for him at the reception or at check in he might be soon manager/director of this hotel! Hotel is clean, very nice lobby , pools are well maintained.. 0 complaints i recommend and i will be back!

At this point we called front desk spoke to the manager and were told it would be taken care of. After waiting 37 minutes and still no visit from housekeeping, we left the room and went down to the front desk to inquire just how long it would take for housekeeping to come so we could in fact use the second bathroom we were paying for. It was at this point that we were told Housekeeping would be coming immediately. They did- but mind you, this ended up being more than 8 hours after we initially informed the concierge of this issue, to which Ivy led us to believe that she would "absolutely" take care of the matter. Speaking of CONcierge- we got conned... we found out that Ivy was actual an AI chat bot. What a waste, what a major disappointment. Also we weren't welcomed with florida oranges or the glass of proseco as mentioned in their pamphlet. Second time at property and truly looks like someone came in and said hey how can we scale back? For the price they are charging the rooms are tired and in need of renovation

Every trip there is a rooftop closed or jacuzzi not operating or the patio furniture is too dirty to sit on. I go because of the restaurant and the location on the beach.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, walking distance to many places, right on the beach. Had an amazing stay here. Will be back in the future. Loved EVERYTHING
