Grand Beach Hotel Bay Harbor

All the amenities and facilities were great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel with our eyes closed. The breakfast could have been better but other than that it was great.

The location is perfect for my wife and I because our granddaughters, son and daughter in law live at Normandy Shores.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was absolutely spotless, smelled wonderful, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything, in a beautiful, upscale area that felt safe and pleasant to walk around. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the entire experience was outstanding. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami!

The stuff was amazing!!!

Big rooms (I took the biggest suite) so we had 4 restrooms (2 of them were so dirty that we didn’t use them). Nice view (water view). Good beds (bad pillows) Well…. The place is not clean. Had to pay an extra 100 dollars per day (fee) for facilities (very small swimming pool) and the worst breakfast I had in all the hotels I stayed at… Definitely not worth the money. Location is not that great. Well, basically 100% not going to recommend my friends. Good if you a big family and didn’t find anything else….

Excellent Services

The property is very well located on Bay Harbor Islands just steps from Bal Harbour (across the bridge). The rooms have two bathrooms and our room had a nice balcony facing the canal and in the distance the Atlantic Ocean. The jacuzzi and pool were great.

Lovely, spacious, clean rooms and the hotel has a nice location. The gym and pool area are quite small but has everything you need. Beach is easy walking distance away. Some of the staff members could have been a bit friendlier.
