Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel

The location of the hotel was great and convenient for us to walk to nearby synagogues and kosher restaurants. The apartment felt very comfortable and spacious though the amenities in the kitchen were a bit out of date. The staff was very helpful with accepting a delivery of food for Shabbat before we arrived to check in and were kind enough to put it in the fridge for us. We had a problem with the AC on the last day. They were fairly quick to fix it and offered to move us to another room if it wasn't able to be fixed. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were available and made the beach experience great! We will definitely return! The amenities in the kitchen were a bit out of date but we didn't really use them. The pool was very warm, would be nice for it to be cool especially in the heat of the summer.

El apto. O suite estaba muy bien. Lo único es que el baño amerita una remodelación. El “staff” muy bueno! La cocineta buena. Y cerca de todo! Y además con parqueadero!

This little boutique hotel is clean and just the best location in the Bal Harbor/ Surfside area. The rooms are big and the staff is so nice. We have used this hotel for years to visit family and it is consistently amazing.

The room was great - very spacious. It was also close to the beach and included beach chairs and umbrella that could be used. Lots of restaurants nearby. Really nice. We booked transportation through the hotel, but it would have been quicker just to take an Uber or a cab. It took over 20 minutes for the driver to come pick us up, and he asked what hotel we were going to when he arrived.

Needs to have some serrated knifes and at least one sharp knife. For cutting cheese and bread. Maybe 2-4 plastic tumbler size cups

That being said, the suite itself was equipped with a small kitchen, 2 full beds, one bathroom, a pull out sofa and a small dining area. The main areas of the hotel were clean but the rooms could be a bit cleaner (floors, dusting, pull out bed linens). The location is fantastic - one block from the beach, chairs, towels and umbrellas available to bring with to the beach. Lots of close restaurants, shops and groceries within walking distance. The beds are not very comfortable for a longer stay - we brought two kids and our host scolded our daughter for jumping on the bed (she weighs 45lbs). I understand it but it wasn’t very welcoming. The host also had my reservation confused multiple times and I had to prove my dates with my booking receipt for her to believe me. I felt rushed to leave at the end as it seemed the room was double booked. The cleaning staff were friendly and the pool was awesome.

The staff, Vanesa, Luis and Jorge were extremely kind and helpful, inmediately available to answer or accomodate to any doubt or request Nothing, we will always stay there when in Miami Beach

Absolute best staff here! Very large and clean room, location is 10/10 and pool is beautiful! Beach chairs and towels provided for the beach as well! Will come again!

The staff here were awesome. Rooms were clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Great location to the beach and local restaurants. Walking distance from just about everything.

Very close to beach, stores, restaurants. Very safe area. Housekeeping available every day if wanted! Super friendly and welcoming staff. Bed and pillows comfy and good water pressure. Big refrigerator. Enormous hot tub. The beach towels and sheets smell AMAZING! Full size quality soap for kitchen and bath. Debated booking here or going with a hotel across the street that was bigger and beachfront. I'm very happy I chose this place. Very private and peaceful. And honestly the minute it takes to walk across the street from an about the same as if you were staying in a non ocean view room there. Wish it had a pool but access to community pool next door is available. The little kids from the nearby religious school use the grassy lot in the mornings which happened to be outside our room. Very noisy but we were awake already.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Great location a short walk to the beach and shopping/restaurants. Overall a very nice place—would definitely stay again.

Highest praises... we were pleasant surprise upon arrival. The property, although not directly on the beach as advertise, is within a 2 minute walk. It is a small garden style property, full of charm and meticulously maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet (and super clean). The onsite parking is a HUGE plus. I can't say enough good things about the staff; from the minute we arrived, we were greeded by our first names. Keeping this one on speed dial... 5 of out 5
