The hotel is great! Location, breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, but the best part of our stay was the assistance of Fernando at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist us with our wrong booking date. He made our staycation perfect!

The day i left. Everything. The people in the surrounding area were very unfriendly and inhospitable.

Clean, comfortable, affordable, and a great Bay Harbor Islands location. The rooms are simple and small but very tidy and have everything you need. The staff have been incredibly kind, considerate, and accommodating, especially Fernando at the front desk. We unexpectedly needed a local place to stay, and they made a difficult situation much easier. Excellent value for the area and convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants, family visits, and holiday services.

Charming boutique hotel walking distance to the beach. The Palm Steakhouse is on site. Other restaurants are within walking distance. Very helpful staff. I was greeted with a free glass of rose wine. It was of high quality and the pour was normal (about 5 ounces). There’s also a basic continental breakfast: juice, tea/coffee, assorted breads and spreads, whole fruit. On site parking at a reasonable $20. I recommend it for travelers who want to enjoy Miami without either slumming or breaking the bank. Save that money for the Bal Harbour Shoppes which are walking distance as well.

The best SERVICE! People nice, efficient and friendly. Price was my budget. The beds have seen better days. Mattresses should be replaced. The pillows should be replaced INMEDIATELY. All rooms should have accessible electric plugs for phones and computer. Room 106B I had to crouch under the desk to have a plug. Another room on 2nd floor had an adapter on the nightstand with 2 plugs. Felt good, secured and totally at ease. Mattress Pillows And not enough plugs by the bed.

Staff members are fabulous. The rooms are very clean and the ambiance is great.

If you are traveling for work, you need a space to work; the breakfast isn't the best.

I booked by mistake but glad I did. The staff is very nice. The receptionist greeted my beautifully . I asked if my room had a safe because I am a federal employee and need to secure federal equipments. He wasn’t to sure and checked on it when I went to retrieve my luggage, thankfully there was one. On my departure the same receptionist checked me out asked how was my stay. I told him it was my birthday weekend getaway and I had a great time. He shared with me that he also celebrated his birthday a few days ago. So we was both excited being the same sign. He then offered me a bottle of wine complementary on behalf of the hotel on my birthday. I give this hotel a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and will differently booked again.

It was a cute, clean hotel. We loved the happy hour with wine. We had a wheel chair accessible room even though we did need it. However the shower didn’t drain properly so the floor by the sink was a huge puddle of water so dangerous to slip on. They did have parking as long as you could get a spot which we did. Close to places to eat. The price was very affordable. We would stay again.
