The Donovan Hotel

It was a peaceful stay, my own personal studio room. The staff were very tentative, and checked in to see if I needed anything, via text. The beach was close, stores were near and tranquility was everywhere. I plan oncoming back soon

The property was great! For our needs, was right by the bus and free trolley which made getting around easy. It was a great price and within walking distance of the beach and only a few blocks from restaurants and stores.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Property only two blocks away from North Beach and from a wide assortment of restaurants, shops, and stores - super convenient! Staff are very kind and helpful, checking in to make sure that things are going well and if there are any questions/issues to address.

everything was great

Only table utensils. No sharp knives, no can openers and no peelers. No fluffy towels. It's clean, good location and adequate.

At first, I was a little skeptical when I walked to the outside of the property however, it gave me an apartment complex vibe when I got inside the room. It was very clean. Everything was updated. Everything was nice. The bed was the most comfortable memory foam mattress everything was good quality and I loved it and this will be a place that I will use every time I travel to Miami moving forward. I will not be using a big hotel anymore because this is more intimate and it was like a hot and skipped to the beach.

Parking is limited

The property was very clean and quiet , in front of the unit it had a patio table with chairs. The room was clean nice full size bed and the AC worked great which was needed because that Miami heat was insane. The refrigerator was a nice size and they have a microwave which most hotels don’t offer. I definitely recommend staying there no staff bothers you but if you need them the office is located in the lobby and they have no problem assisting you.

Room was fine. Nothing fancy but clean and had basics for what you need. There is a coffee maker but you’ll need to bring everything to make coffee (filters, coffee, mug, etc) only regular plastic and glass cups in room. There is a mini fridge, a set of dishware, soap and sponge but only a bathroom sink. Microwave cart is what the kitchenette is. One small 2 person patio type table. No night tables. The room was spacious and had 2 good size closets. Could use a suitcase rack or two. No ice machine on property. There is a laundry but we didn’t use it. Part says on beach, it is not. Although trolley is free and you can download transit app and get around easily. Collins Loop goes all the way to South Beach 17th St.

El lugar ideal si quieres unas vacaciones en un lugar limpio y con todas las atenciones a la orden , a pocos pasos de la playa la experiencia fue increíble, cuando vuelva a Miami me estaré hospedando en ese mismo lugar

Wonderful place

La atención es muy bueno, tuvimos varias dudas y respondieron muy rápido. La limpieza genial y la atención siempre la mejor. Tiene parqueadero que es un plus para la zona. Recomendado por su precio también
