Clean room & was able to check in a little early There wasn't a plug by the ironing board

Good all round hotel I would highly recommend.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean facility, walking distance to just about anything you would need.

Liuvel (man achter de balie) is super aardig. Kamer was prima!

The staff - they were exceptional The size of the room, the room facilities, and the bed were very good The shower could be better

Very clean and comfortable Nothing to dislike

Exceptional

C

Location, staff, cleanliness There were no curtains just blinds but the hotel team was able to put up big sheets of plastic to mostly resolve the light issue. Also, on our 5th floor room they put an additional makeshift airco as probably the terraces of the 6th floor rooms get too hot and as a result the room gets insanely hot without the additional airco. But it makes a lot of noise.

Bad

Very clean rooms and a warm welcome

Clean room, friendly staff, great access to transportation.

The place is wonderful, reasonably priced and close to convention center. If you need a desk in your room choose wisely. Also, for whatever reason, no ice buckets. Ice machine only on first floor and only individual plastic cups for transport. Pack a Tupperware bowl or something is you eant to have ice in your room.

Good

Clean and well appointed rooms, comfy beds, helpful staff and a great position for the beach, Collins Av and Lincoln Road.

The stuff was very accommodating especially Liuvel in the front desk. He got us the early check in and we were able to do the late check out. Great Location, Spacious accommodation. We were able to store our luggage for the entire time until leaving. Great experience, hotel is very recommended!
