Clean room and very helpful staff

Hotel is situated very close to Collins Avenue and Boulevard, lots of options for eating out also close by. The room was very clean, plenty space and the AC worked well! No issues

This was a 3 star hotel and worked out great for a quick overnight stay before our cruise. If we were going to stay longer I wouldn’t choose this hotel. Not sure about parking because we didn’t have a car. It did have a small kitchen area. The room wasn’t as clean as one would expect. On the upside the staff were all great!

I liked the location This property wasn’t anything like described. The beds are very uncomfortable. The walls are dirty. The towels had stains. The window was busted. I really didn’t enjoy my stay.

We were able to get into our room early and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was somewhat rundown, a lot of visible wear and tear. There was a lot of noise from both the road and other guests. There were bright lights on the building that unfortunately were shining into the bedroom window all night. The room was a suite with two separate rooms. The bedroom with the King bed did not have a TV. The door separating the two rooms was frosted glass so one bedroom has to put up with light coming through from the other room. The website stated that the beach was “steps away”. It was almost a half mile walk. There was a coffee maker in the room and no coffee. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel didn’t have a pool

Close to everything . Great Rooms

I had stayed before so I already knew what to expect. It's a very convenient location for the Congress Centre and relatively close to the beach, but there isn't much in terms of restaurants and bars nearby; you have to walk 10/15 minutes to find some options. It is a bit old but well-maintained hotel. My room had a decently equipped kitchenette and fridge (no freezer though), which was good for a longer stay. Staff are very attentive and always ready to help. The coffee corner in the morning is a good thing to have. The room I was assigned was a bit dark due to its layout. The mattress a bit too soft for my taste. On a very rainy night rain was coming in through the window pane, but it was promptly fixed with some silicone the morning after.

Clean and great location You should get water fountains

The other bad review I heard about was noise coming from the hallway or other rooms. It’s true you can hear others in the hallway really easily. And one night we could hear our neighbors’ discussions if we were near the wall where they were. (They weren’t excessively loud and weren’t playing music.) But being prepared for the worst, it wasn’t too bad and didn’t ruin our stay. The noise either didn’t last long or quieted down before too late. So that was fine. We were also on the fourth floor so I bet that helped. The hotel does seem to attract partiers and other types of groups, but there’s also lots of families. Overall, it was a fun, welcoming, lively place to stay, and I’d say a good value and worked for us. It was also pretty clean and everything was maintained pretty well, except the hallway on our floor was a little dated. It was a positive experience!

Space, cleanness, natural light The let out couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. There was more that one remote for the TV and one didn't wor. Other than that my stay was good. Thanks again for everything. I hope to stay again in the near future.

I was in town for a conference, and this hotel was a great choice. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the event venue, which made everything really easy. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Location We had no AC, they brought us fans to cool our room off and we were made to move out of our room at 10:30 PM due to rain coming in our window and wedding, our beds and our belongings, including my jewelry and watch and phone charger.
