They try to do everything contactless and it just made for a horrible experiences. I couldn’t even enter the hotel for a half hour when I arrived late at night. I had to pair the remote with the tv for some reason. Everything tried to be cutting edge with tech but it just created more problems. Property was clean and well kept.

Everything was close

suite, had the pool right in front of our we could just walk out the sliding doors and the pool was there. Room was big and clean? enjoyed the stayed.

Everything was perfect

The hotel has no staff to receive bags before check in. No front desks to answer question. No room cleaning. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk to use the beach chairs when the beach is only 5 minutes away. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location and checkin/checkout procedure. Nearby Collins Ave parking garage is good option if you have a car. Overall great experience.

Just how the shower didn’t have a door, hated the shower head and the water pressure but no biggie because I still washed! The tv in the living room had no sound at all and I believe the tv in the bedroom wasn’t connecting to the internet u sure but didn’t get watch tv in either room

Stay was ok the bed was comfortable however I didn’t like the shower head or the way there wasn’t a door to the shower. There seemed to be some mold in some spots in the shower & I didn’t feel quite comfortable showering without my shower shoes. I did like the tv and the complimentary things that came with me room. I do wish the restaurant and bar was open more accurately according to their hours it seemed to be closed my whole stay over 4 days. Overall the rooftop was one of my favorite spots to hang as it was very relaxing.

Everything was good, the pool is tiny . It's nice and safe for my girliees

It was very quite. Had nice rooms and rooftop. No one was around was like a personal oasis. Wish the restaurant was open.

Staff greeted us and escorted us to our room. Restaurant in lobby was excellent. Pool deck clean, private and fun!

Wished the bar and restaurant were open more often.

They were responding to messages on time They didn't tell us that the restaurant were closed for some weeks until we got there. We chose that particular hotel because of the restaurant.. insects ( ant) were all over in the first room they gave us but we switched to another room the next day.. the pool was a little bit dirty (leaf) but I guess it was it was from the trees next to the pool.. room was a little bit dusty

The location was great could not get exactly where I wanted to as in with the rooms but I got there on foot and it did not take long. Pretty good exercise you asked me. That they did not sell Newport smooth 100s no way in Miami.

Every aspect of the stay was GREAT!!
