Liberty Park Hotel South Beach

Location was good. It was very very noisy. Out room was right next to the kitchen we heard the employees fight on one of the mornings a breakfast function was hosted with lots of people and it was very loud. Absolutely not recommended to stay at the hotel.

The beds were comfortable. The location is good and the check-in staff had great customer service and was very friendly. TV was broken and didn’t work, Air conditioning was dripping and made a huge puddle on the floor so I had to put a towel down to absorb moisture, room smelled musty and moldy, furniture in the rooms is outdated old and needs to be replaced.

Parking, we used the garage around the corner. There is parking on the street. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay. A large hotel with lots of amenities. The rooftop pool was awesome. Great food and bats. The staff was super accommodating and nice. Would stay again.

There is a non-refundable resort fee that you pay of 42$ daily, as well as a $100 per-day authorization hold on your card. The $100 daily, is returned after checkout as long as there is no damage to the room. But, definitely keep these extra costs in mind if you’re booking a longer stay or multiple rooms, as this is something I was not aware of before booking. Other than that, the rooms were nice, the AC worked well, and overall, it’s a good pick if you’re not looking for anything too fancy.

Place was a bit run down but for price point was good. Hallways look like the 1970’s. The room was spacious and clean. Can’t believe a hotel this size does not have a water fountain or jug free for hotel guests especially in this Florida heat. Staff at rooftop pool was a great guy and pool was excellent. The hot tub and back wall are under repair this was not specified when booking the hotel. Two restaurants on site bar was small and beer selection was minimal. The other breakfast/lunch place was nice but severely overpriced for what you get. It was outdoors so that was nice and coffee was good. There are far better options in Miami Beach. I would not recommend this place unless you get a great deal.

This hotel was lovely. The rooms were big, the decor really nice and the amenities in and out of the room really good. So close to the beach and shops/bars. 15mins walk to Lincoln Road shopping area. Loved the rooftop pool. Bar staff very friendly.

Great place to stay

Very confusing layout. Seems to be linked to another hotel - The Boulan and they share reception desks. Signage for Liberty Park is very limited. Hotel very tired in places, carpets dirty in communal areas and messy but the rooms were clean, modern and the beds very comfortable .

the location of the hotel is great, direct access to the beach with complimentary lounge chairs. the room is clean and spacey.

It was really a convenient location, and overall clean!

The hotel is part of the Bulan hotel it’s a little dated but the pool is nice. Staff is courteous.

There was mildew all threw out the hotel pool was small and they shower water didn’t get hot at all .
