There aren’t enough words to explain how amazing this hotel was. From staff hospitality to cleanliness. This hotel was amazing and full of amenities, I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic place, I can't give less of 5 star although the checking in is TOOINTENSIVE. The restaurants and the ammenities are great.

We had the misfortune of booking our 20th anniversary trip from Tuesday to Sunday during the hotel’s fire alarm testing, which lasted from 10/10:30am until 4pm for the first 3 days. We could not sleep in, we could not eat breakfast in peace, nor rest, nap, etc. It rained a lot leaving us with no where to go. One can only workout so much. The hotel manager, Jeremy was very kind and understanding. He offered us a compensation we are satisfied with and would go back to the Setai with a prior phone call to ensure no fire alarm testing or construction noise.

Everything was clean and beautifully organized. The staff were beyond helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Miami Beach.

Exceeded my expectations wow !!!!

From the beginning to the end we could not have asked for a better hotel. The check in was seamless. The check out was perfect and they allowed us to have a late check out due to a later flight. The pool area is amazing and the staff are very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. The cleaning staff were fantastic - again nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bit of luxury in Miami. Would definitely visit again.

Very bed

Beautiful hotel with an awesome lounge / dinner in the inner courtyard- with a DJ and show. Service was incredible. First night we were upgraded to a location that was near the employee entrance, so it was noisy and we had a broken window blackout drape by the bed, but they switched our room the next night and provided us with a bottle of champagne and a handwritten note. Very impressed by the service here and their customer relations.

I decided to book the Setai for a birthday staycation. The ocean suite, birthday amenity, and room service were all amazing! The pool and beach, was also a great experience, the food and drinks were top notch, the pool and beach staff were great and welcoming. However, the arrival experience could be better, the front desk agent that did the check in, was not very welcoming, did not make eye contact or use my name once. Kind of disappointed arrival experience but other than that, stay was great.

If you’re looking for luxury and relaxing this is the place to be. Plus they are pet friendly. I’ll definitely be back again.
