All in all, a clean location close to the beach, but staff is hit or miss and the wakeup call was disorienting

Was assigned the wrong room from what I booked

Loved that they'll store your luggage for you before check-in so we didnt have to haul it all over Miami. We could enjoy the beach amenities.

Clean room

This has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we got to our room it was a disaster. The lighting was horrible, the tv was extremely small and we didn’t have a remote, the shower had one door so when we took showers, the floor would get soaked. The lighting was very dim, only two small lamps by the bed, the overhead lights by the door flickered when they did decide to work. The refrigerator did not work. When we brought all of this stuff up to the staff, the first day they said they could switch us to another room. We declined because that room had damage and the fridge also wasn’t working. I told them I needed a fridge because I needed to keep my medicine cold. The man said I could keep it in the fridge downstairs, but there wasn’t room. I said so what am I supposed to do? He said maintenance will come TOMORROW. This was at 4 pm on a Monday and they didn’t have maintenance on staff. I had to go buy a small cooler for my medicine. Later that evening when Johnathan came in (GREAT PERSON, HE NEEDS TO BE THE MANAGER). We talked to him about it and he asked did the previous guy put in a ticket for everything like he said. We were told no, but he did it while we stood there. He also offered to put my medicine in the fridge with no issues, so that means the first guy lied. I declined because i just bought a cooler for it. Next day maintenance comes in. He didnt understand a thing we said. Long story short, nothing was fixed during our entire 7 day stay. 0/10

The hotel feels like more of a motel. Our shower was clogged and one sink wouldn't drain. The rooms do not get any cooler than 75 degrees in the middle of summer in Miami. I was literally sweating getting dressed. They charge 39.99 for a resort fee. If you're staying one day you can't even use the beach because check in is at 3 and the resort closes at 5. Would not ever stay again.

Straight up scam. Very disrespectful. Don’t like to accommodate. Had to find another place to stay at.

The Staff at the Front Desk, they can't find the reservation, and not just that they do that just to force you to book right there with them and to over charge. Also they want to charge for any towels that you could need

Really nice and convenient. Room was clean and plenty of space. There was a $39 "resort fee", but I saw that before I booked ... actually it's probably worth it if you stay the whole day because it gives you chairs and an umbrella out on the beach and you don't have to lug anything over. The only reason 4 stars instead of 5 was that I tried to contact the hotel twice about check in times (I thought I might be a late arrival) and I never got a response either by phone or email. But there was someone at the desk after 10 so no worries.

Went early to add my spouse to the reservation since the room was not ready. He went (around 2:40pm) was confronted by a manage who was extremely difficult and malicious (delaying the check in, told him multiple times to cancel the reservation which was not an option for us, told him the hotel was full, putting him in a room near in-hotel construction noise, told no other room was available when it was, blocked out of an available room when another employee found one in the system, etc.). Another (lady) employee became the unsung hero to assist after seeing the mistreatment and reached out to upper management or owner via phone regarding the matter. Thankful for her!!!! Although never articulated by the guy manager, my husband detected a strong sense of hate of some sort. My husband conveyed to that manager that his demeanor seemed racially and or religiously based hatred and that it had no place in business. Instead of clarifying the root of his disposition or my husband's suspicion, the manager just stared at him and repeated that

Do not stay here! Parking is terrible, no valet, Tons of construction on the street, my television did not work. I asked staff to assist, his response " I'm here by myself, we'll check in the morning". My floor woke up to loud music blasting in the hallway at 7am, I had to ask staff to turn it down. Although, I was steps away from the beach, I was very disappointed in the service and parking. Room was clean and there was a CVS across the street.

I didn’t have my complementary coffee. It was not in the room and the washcloth or dirty, not available I had to ask for them. It wasn’t done.

No place to park had unload in middle of street then carry luggage upstairs to get into the building
