It’s was good but the ac wasn’t the best and bby you know the ac helps you stay cool and relax

The room was poorly designed - the lamps provided little light and we're cracked and in disrepair. The shower stall did not have a door and the glass that was there was not properly sealed - everything we took a shower water flooded the red of the bathroom. The rooms were remodeled(?) But still felt very old and dingy. There was construction blocking the entrance to the hotel on multiple occasions and we couldnt load/unloading. The road was very noisy and the smell of sewage seeped inside the room. When we arrived there was no staff and the front desk and we waited a considerable amount of time to be served. We were charged a resort fee for a day we weren't even at the property.

The hotel was centrally located..however the bed was not comfortable.. the television did not work

I like the fact that the bedroom area looked exactly like the picture I didn't like the fact that the bathroom shower did not have a closed door. Order got everywhere

Construction zone!!! Not a restful vacation. Entrance to the property blocked by construction vehicles which prevented the Uber from accessing the road. We had to walk to the end of the street to be picked up. We heard construction ALL night!! I’m sure they worked when it was cooler but to wake up at 3:00 AM to tricks beeping as they backed up was awful. Room was okay, no storage in the bathroom and a funky shelf in the shower that is slanted. Soap and other toiletries slide right off.

The hotel was okay not what the pictures was to display and the amenities that was displayed on the website..however as we wished to not complete the booking we was forced to stay the staff was unhelpful and didn't understand much English when getting the supervisor after calling for a refund he denied it because he said he could help after the front desk lady wouldn't also we was giving a nasty attitude and was approached by the head lady of cleaning the rooms because she was upset we didnt like the dusty room we was in she was super nasty with a translator on her phone to our face because she spoke no English.. over all it was not worth the money we paid

Very clean. A bit dated, but it. to the charm. they were clearly attempting to keep it in decent shape. We had a penthouse which was not accessible by elevator. You had to take the elevator to the fourth floor and then walk up one. The stairs were slightly creepy, but the room was nice and it had a private porch on the roof.

Chambre désuète avec vue sur chantier de construction et déchets et restaurant dans l’hôtel mais non affiché comme différent de l’hôtel et café 6$ petit servi dans verre de carton et devons monter 10 marches avec valises aucune rampe d’accès tres déçue mais vraiment près de la plage et offre coupon pour chaise et serviette

I don't think that's the hotels fault, but rather something Hotel.com should have warned about in the description

We arrived at 1:30 p.m. for our stay, and the posted check-in time was 2:00 p.m. When I asked if we could check in 30 minutes early, the front desk said our room was already ready but that we would have to pay a $57 early check-in fee. Since check-in was only half an hour away, we chose to just wait. On our first night, I reported a faulty door lock. Maintenance confirmed there was an issue and said it would be repaired the next day, but it never was. I eventually figured out a workaround. That night, there were major disturbances in the hallway around 1:00 a.m., followed by another around 3:30 a.m. that ended with police arresting those involved. I believe the situation should have been addressed before it escalated. Light sleepers should also know there's a nightclub next door that operates Thursday through Saturday until 5:00 a.m., with light music and vibrations clearly noticeable from the rooms. To make matters worse, I was later charged $75 for property damage because of a quarter-sized salsa stain on the comforter after my son accidentally spilled food while eating on the bed, as the room had no table. The manager said he would look into the charge, but I never received a resolution. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've experienced. Between the unnecessary early check-in fee, unresolved maintenance issue, overnight disturbances, and disputed damage charge. I'm simply sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

The location. The staff, especially the lady on morning shift was extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The windows are paper thin and you can hear everything on the streets. One of the two air conditioners in the suite didnt work(room 416) and the staff knew this and had turned it off and were still booking customers into the room. When we complained that it had been 79/80 degrees since we arrived at 2pm they continued to come up and make changes to the one running air conditioner. Finally, after 8 hours of this, I requested management so we could find out if we could cancel without penalty. Management came up and told us they didnt have a like room available but they could turn on the air conditioner in the livingroom area but that water would be leaking in the bathroom. We agreed as this seemed like the only option and canceling wasn't offered. Once the ac was turned on the temp dropped to 75 at the lowest and we used a travel fan to help with sleep ? as its hard to sleep in humid hot temps. We also had an issue with the shower not draining at all during our 1st shower. Maintenance did come and correct this immediately but it was a severely clogged drained.
