Place is great for stays in Miami, especially 2 days before cruises

The hotel’s proximity to the Convention Center was very convenient for my plans. The parking fees were quite high, which felt excessive for the overall experience. Additionally, the toilet became clogged during my stay, and the sink drain was also backed up, which caused further inconvenience. No water fountain to take water to the room. A/c vent in my room didn't work as it should I had to leave the door open and put the thermostat all the way down.

Location Needs updating. Or maybe the fifty’s decor was intentional. For instance, the antique car outside the restaurant and courtyard.

The location was also perfect — close to everything while still feeling private and comfortable. Every detail of my stay exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Miami!

Very nice and well maintained Nothing

Our room Didn't match the photos on booking.com I think they must have been taken a long time ago. The parking charge is excessive considering the business has already taken a chunk of your money We also noticed it would have been cheaper not to book so far in advance, it would have been much cheaper to wait until the last minute

Fairly close to the beach and beach service was included for 2 of the three people in our suite each day - so that was nice! The room was spotless - no dirt on the floors and we walked around barefoot. The beds and pillows were super comfy and we had more space than I thought we would have. The staff was super helpful and nice. It was noisy outside the hotel and hard to sleep with the noise on the weekend. Not the hotel's fault. The pool and courtyard were not very clean and could use a makeover. But we loved going to the beach and the Backyard beach service that came with our room. They could use additional parking - there was not a lot of parking available.

The staff was very caring and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Beach chairs and umbrellas were included, which was very convenient. The location is also great.

Great location, excellent price and friendly staff. Our suite wad off the courtyard, second floor and unfortunately there was no elevator and we had several heavy suitcases.

We like this area, have eaten in the restaurant on prior visits and love the food. nice room size narrow tread on steps to second floor room, the bath was a bit small.

Great location , parking in the hotel , across the street from beach , near by Lincold road and chairs and umbrella included in price of room . The Cuban restaurant was delicious on site Mattress and pillows . Bed so uncomfortable . Hurt my back every day . Divot in middle . Didn’t sleep well on my stay

Its location is great. Not far from the “hustle & bustle” but quiet enough to enjoy the quiet too. It’s very cool and authentic. There could be more outlets.

They took 3hrs to come to the front desk got locked out battery died to the door

Location is excelent, really close to the stores, restaurants and beach. However, when you enter in the Hotel and room, has a strong mold smell. For allergic people, it will be really awful. Hotel is modest, cleaning could be better. For a hotel in a prime region, they could offer a better service. I can find another hotel with the same price, but with a better service in the same region. Location.
