Dorchester Hotel

Hotel is conveniently located close to the convention center. Right on Collins, which can be noisy if your room faces the street. Has a pool and offers beach chairs and umbrella. Cuban restaurant is very good. No breakfast though, but plenty of option around Collins can be noisy and no breakfast at the hotel. Normally not an issue, but sometimes it can rain and a lot!

Comfortable. It had access to the beach and complimentary services there. The room was big and comfortable. The parking was too expensive. The room needed some maintenance.

Suites were very spacious and nice. Level 2 suites are full staircase access only. Courtyard was so pretty at night. Pool is pretty old but clear and clean. Happy hour was very limited. Having to climb full set of stairs w luggage.

Location and parking It was dated

The size of the room, parking and location. Beach service and access to Marseille Backyard pool. The room was clean but the access to the room was very dirty with trash at floor. The kitchen had onky a microwave no oven for cooking and just 2 forks.

I have stayed few times in this hotel before and I always had good staying there.This time I had a bad experience with the cleaning of my room. In the second day I asked if they can clean my room they explained that they will clean my room in the third day of my staying. In the third day after a long day traveling from Miami to Key West when I arrived to the room; was not clean again. I went to the desk and I asked if they can clean my room they said they did not have any one to clean; I asked for a sheet and pillow cases and they provided and I changed my self. Fourth day I went to the ocean and it started raining and I went back to the hotel around 2:00pm and the room was not clean again. I headed to the from desk and beg them to clean my room, I waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room. Staying for 5 night and they just clean my room the last night and only because I begged. That was a awful experience. I ask to speak with a manager and never happened.
