Hotel Greystone - Adults Only

Great place to stay

You cannot control the temperature in your room. They will adjust it for you, but if it is too hot or cold in the middle of the night, the engineer is gone, so you have to suffer through it.

Excellent service

bed comfort and room cleanliness. sthe overnight staff were rude and literally sighed before they spoke. the man said he was leaving the hotel in general the next day and I said i could tell he wasnt happy in his job. the road is so busy but not with cars, just people shouting and loud cars. it should be mentioned especially so that people can make an informed choice especially if suffering jetlag acknowledging fully that this is also miami :)

The pool area

The front desk was very helpful

This is a truly upscale boutique hotel, everything you could hope for. Great drinks, food, nice room and bed. A little noisy one night from the bar next door so bring earplugs. Otherwise no complaints and would revisit.

Clean room, helpful staff, bartender at the pool bar was the best

Excellent location, bar was great and staff really friendly

Nice clean room and Jose at the bar was very nice

I just loved the customer service everyone was very helpful and had such a great attitude and everything was well clean ed

The hidden fees are terrible,, You have to pay 28$ a day to use the beach umbrella,, I was charged 51$ a day cleaning fee after paying 1500$ for a six day stay ..I paid 76$ a day for a breakfast that we thought would be a spread ,,turned out to be a wrap and small coffee. Or coffee & 3 pastrres and the hotel would not cancel it for me ...on the last day they exchanged the cleaning fee for the breakfast meaning I still lose 25$ a day. Smfh... A disappointed vacation or and no parking anywhere. Permit only for residents,,I got a ticket

Everything about this hotel was great! The staff, the rooms, the amenities. It's such a awesome boutique hotel and in a great location! I definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel had a good bed, well located but the service could improve significantly, no towels for the beach or the pool, did not clean the room.

Staff was very helpful and mostly friendly. Had some issues with towels and room cleaning but otherwise great hotel and atmosphere

Francisco was a great help in the Kobo Cafe as well as the staff!!! They helped us in a bind with cancelled flights! Thank you plan to come again!

Las habitaciones del edificio principal que Dan Al frente Se ven mas bonitas , El Restaurant y El bar son realmente muy buenos . Precio calidad muy justificado.

We love this boutique hotel! Such a catch

Absolutely beautiful property with excellent amenities. Would have been 5 star except the AC is property controlled and set to 73 so was very warm in the room, and there are no top sheets on the beds, only comforters. Tried to call down for sheets and the phone was broken. 'Cooler' in room would not even chill a bottle of water

The hotel is not actually next to the beach. You have to cross the street and walk past a construction area to get there. The pictures were misleading and made it seem like the hotel had much more direct beach access than it actually does.
