Rude front desk staff

The pool was nice and the bathroom was lovely and big. Great location and beds were comfortable. As a family of four I wouldn’t recommend staying here if sharing a room. There wasn’t enough space to move about plus there was literally no where to hang wet swimwear to dry. I asked reception if there was something they could provide and the lady wasn’t very helpful and suggested hanging them in the wardrobe ‍♀️. We were also disappointed with the breakfast selection which was included in the room rate. We felt this was misleading.

Loved our stay. Very welcoming and they acknowledge you. Restaurant was great. The golf cart was great and they serve you drinks on the beach (for a price, of course). Def. Would stat there again!

A hotel in a good location. The service providers are mostly welcoming. There was noise at night from renovation work until late hours and also during the day. There was loud noise from the maids talking in the morning hours. Parking is very expensive at $59 per day. A price increase that we encountered throughout the US after 11 countries we visited. The air-conditioned hallways are very weak and the elevator has no air conditioning at all. We booked a bed and breakfast, but the waitress didn't bother to tell us what was included in the menu at no extra cost, and only on the last day, when another waiter served us, did he explain to us what was not included in the breakfast at no extra charge. So it turned out that each breakfast of half a bowl of yogurt with fruit and cappuccino cost $66 per couple.

This was an amazing get away for my solo trip to Miami during the World Cup weekend. The hotel is very quiet, smells amazing and the design is dark and beautiful. Really enjoyed my stay, will be back !

This is my favorite property in Miami. Relaxing atmosphere, great staff, and close to everything. I suggest this place to everyone

The Hotel was definitely not my cup of tea. The front desk clerk lacked customer service skills. Since I am a Expedia Gold customer, Expedia stated in my reservation that I get two drinks per day, I expressed this to the concierge and took a picture of what I was supposed to get, they argued me down and said I do not get it, finally I asked to talk to the manager, and he looked at the reservations and said yes, you do get it, after going through all the arguments with the front desk clerk I really didn’t want it anymore. Also, there were too many signs posted in the room that stated if you take any of the items you will be charged, which I thought was very tacky. I noticed one day that when one of the guest checked out, they brought a whole crew to come in the room and do a thorough inspection to see if they took anything….smdh, what hotel does this? I Had to check out a day before my checkout due date in which the manager said that if Expedia called him, he will refund the money back, well, Expedia called them and up to now no one has responded. Also, when I checked out of the hotel early, the front desk clerk stated on my invoice that my fees for the day that I will not be staying at the hotel will be refunded, I never got that either. I never stayed at a hotel in Miami that was this horrible and so inconsistent. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decor. Bathrooms. Cleanliness and crispness of sheets and towels. Comfortable bed. Room lighting was relaxing as well. Shuttle and valet parking were greatly appreciated. Location was perfect too. Fitness center was too small, but nicely stocked with equipment.

Everything was Beautiful

Lennox is my favorite hotel, I’ve been coming for years. But I will reconsider next year. This time I paid extra to stay in better room. Upon arrival I was given the room of the same category, but it was not the one on the picture. It was smaller, darker. I asked if the one on the picture is available. The front desk lady was rude to me, told me there were no rooms available. I asked another gentleman the next day and he moved me to the room I wanted, although the other lady lied to me they wouldn’t be available. So this experience left me with bitter aftertaste. I wanted to check other hotels, bc I wanted to try something new, but I was always too lazy, maybe that was my nudge.

First off !!! The hotel was gorgeous every little detail was amazing! Secondly the customer service… one if not the nicest workers… from the front desk to the bar pool workers. They really treated you as if you were family and not guest. N/A

Everything !!! Absolutely everything, the property was beyond what I excepted. 10/10 i would definitely recommend We currently was there for the FIFA WORLD TOURNAMENT. The service for breakfast was a-little slower then usual, they only had two services so that was understandable

Close to the beach. Nice pool. Parking was full.

Definitely staying here again and I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
