Lennox Hotel Miami Beach

Definitely staying here again and I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Great location. Elevator was broken on and off every day, but stairs were easy.

Everything was great. Ended up with some issues with the air but the staff immediately moved us to another room and took off 2 nights resort fees.

The problems began immediately upon check-in. The first room we were assigned had a non-functioning air conditioning system that would not cool below 80°F. Within an hour, we had to pack up and move to a second room. The second room seemed acceptable at first, but because it was located on the first floor next to an exterior exit, we were repeatedly awakened beginning around 5:00-6:00 a.m. by a door that slammed loudly every time housekeeping staff entered or exited the area. We had returned to the hotel around 3:00 a.m. after an evening out and were hoping to get some rest, but the constant slamming made that impossible. It was obvious that the door lacked the proper mechanism to prevent it from slamming shut, and it appeared that no effort had been made to address the issue despite the impact on guests. We were then moved to a third room, only to discover later that the air conditioning in that room was also malfunctioning. Because we had an early tour scheduled and could not afford to miss it, we had no choice but to leave our belongings and deal with the issue later. When we returned, it became clear that we would need to move yet again. The fourth room was okay but housekeeping never came to clean our room even though we requested the service multiple times.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the highlight was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Their genuine kindness and outstanding service made all the difference. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Small boutique hotel. Great location and price.

Love how intimate and cozy, and luxurious it is. All of the staff was friendly and recognized us by face. Stayed in a room right by the pool. View was amazing. Food was amazing. Bartender/waiter Cristiano was so friendly and gave us great service for our dinner on our arrival night. Made us feel so welcome. Also, being greeted by the front desk with sparkling champagne to drink as we walked to our room made us feel extra special. Plan to go back again next year. No need to look any further. Only one thing I had wished for was a microwave in the rooms or at least in a general area in order to reheat leftovers from restaurants.

The experience met my expectations

I enjoyed my stay overall but the staff the restaurant for breakfast was unpleasant. We were ignored in an almost empty restaurant. Made eye contact with 3 different staff members and waited 10 min to be seated. Our waiter didn’t come with menus for another 10 min l, then rushed us to order since breakfast was almost over.

Bedrooms modern and comfortable. Staff friendly Lift didn’t work during our stay, treadmills broken in the gym. Also mainly so people are aware the pool is a spa pool so if you want a cool off in the heat it’s not the one. Also only a few loungers at the pool get the sun for the day. Best option is to visit the beach. The price we paid didn’t reflect the quality of facilities.
